Navattic is the absolute BEST
What do you like best about the product?
Both the Navattic platform and people made this truly the best demo-building experience I ever could have asked for. The platform was so easy to use and navigate, not to mention very innovative and intuitive. Randy was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process, providing both insights and best practices along the way. I have built other demos with vendors in the past, and it was a painful process, to say the least. Navattic was truly a breath of fresh air and an enjoyable process end-to-end. Excited to get our new interactive demo out into the world!
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing bad to say about my Navattic experience, highly recommend the product and company
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They made the demo-building process completely seamless. They provide a very intuitive, easy-to-use platform that allows you to build personalized, interactive demos based on your product, target audience, and industry.
Great Tool for Quick and Easy Interactive Customer Demos
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how easy it was to build out interactive demos. After a quick onboarding session, I was able to create a pretty extensive demo in less than an hour - the hardest part was figuring out the story we wanted to tell. We've also enjoyed our experience working with the Navattic team - they've been responsive and implemented many of our feature requests. Neil was great to work with and was able to provide quick enablement to get me jumpstarted with the tool. I was able to take what he showed me and delivered a presentation to our enablement team on how easy the tool was to configure and use. The Informatica team was able to build off what I presented and uncovered other usages for the tool across our organization including new hire onboarding, product enablement, and providing customers interactive custom demos.
What do you dislike about the product?
We ran into a small capture issue early on but the Navattic team was responsive and got it resolved quickly. I was able to provide them screenshots of the bug within the tool and they were able to resolve it very quickly - works great now!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product is sophisticated and it's helpful to have guided demos to showcase key workflows in our product to internal sales teams and external prospects so they can learn more about our software. It allows our teams to quickly generate demos on new features we are adding to our platform. We used Navattic to create guided demos for marketing campaigns, internal trainings, and custom demos for customers.
Exactly what we were looking for - easy no code demo
What do you like best about the product?
How intuitive it is. Grabbing screenshots was no problem, nor piecing together the images into a single flow. I loved the ability to retroactively edit html elements on the capture without having to record a new demo. Our demo looks like an actual replica of the app itself
Randy was an absolute legend in onboarding helping us get live in a week

What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot integration could be developed a bit further. It's not the sleekest of executions on the integration and I've had to turn to internal technical support to make sure the zaps are properly syncing with the campaign source and original source. In addition, there is a tradeoff between using a hubspot embedded form and a navattic form with the integration into HS surprisingly requiring the latter
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a no code demo without having to turn to our dev team. We will also be using it in the near future for quick customizable demos for our sales team. Excited to see how this performs
A full service interactive demo solution for our growth teams
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic demos have been impactful throughout our entire sales and marketing funnel. We were able to quickly build out multiple demos for demand generation to host on our website and use in outbound messaging without ever needing to engage our technical teams. These demos help our sales teams deliver product value quickly and efficiently without needing to use a real demo environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are looking to deploy a solution for an upcoming mobile application and this is not something that Navattic supports today. From what I understand, they are exploring options to further support mobile apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before launching interactive demos, our sellers were reliant on inconsistent demo environments and really didn’t have a consistent way to showcase our solution on demo calls. Navattic has helped our go to market teams deliver product value faster and more reliably than ever before.
Navattic has become an extension of our team
What do you like best about the product?
We were blown away with how quickly we could stand up a new demo of our products--literally within just a couple of weeks. We chose Navattic because we were really impressed with the example tours they shared with us. I will also say that Navattic's customer service is second to none. Any time we need help with something, they are quick to jump on a call to help. And when we ask about capabilities they don't have yet, they turn it right over to their engineers to include in their dev roadmap. They really listen to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could use a cleaner organizational structure. But even when we gave that suggestion to Navattic, they started working on enhancements to it. They could also use some better documentation, but again, if we ever don't know how to do something, we just call and Navattic immediately is there to help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a way to offer a trial-like experience of our products that wouldn't require a development engineer to create. Our products are constantly evolving and we needed a tool that could keep up with our own enhancements, was easy to use, and provided a great experience for our customers. Navattic does that for us.
Fastest, easiest solution to create demos of web-based content and products
What do you like best about the product?
It’s such a simple product to use, and you don’t have to employ a team of designers and “techsperts” to create a product tour.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that aren’t especially intuitive, but customer support is extremely helpful. It’s a pretty specific use case—I’d love to use this tool beyond HTML-based product demos or content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic helped us quickly create simple product tours without the time or expense of sidetracking a team of internal product specialists or paying for external design and development.
Easy to work with, even better product!
What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Navattic is our connection with Randy, he always presents answers in a way that is easy to understand and resolves any complications or questions in record time.
The upsides of Navattic speak for themselves - product demos for product growth. With this tool, we are able to engage our leads better, while educating them at the same time. This tool also allows our sales team the opportunity to interact with our prospects in the way they receive it best - if that be to give a more hands-on, interactive approach, or allow prospects to take a self-guided tour of the product removing that extra pressure of a scheduled demo.
As a marketing employee what I like best about this product is its ease of use! I did not attend, nor was I involved in our launch/training due to the nature of my role but after some internal changes, I was assigned to work on updating our product within Navattic. After a few mins and quick pointers from my manager, I was able to implement new captures and workflows with ease. Any blockers I had along the way were quickly resolved by the Navattic team.

What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I do not have any downsides or dislikes about the product. From the way their team interacts with ours to its ease of use, I've been a satisfied user through and through!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Navattic we are able to secure more demos, our product also has lots of functionalities - Navattic allows for us to take a targeted approach on how to use our system while bringing our customers on a full journey in a matter of minutes.
Simple to use with amazing support
What do you like best about the product?
In our first rollout, we had great support to help get us live in a short period of time (days, not weeks or months). Our previous vendor took ~6 months. The best part is Navattic's platform and the process is scalable too. Once you understand how it works, you can basically do it on your own.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything we disliked, but it'll be an even stronger platform when there are more capabilities for demonstrating mobile applications. We could still show a mobile app but we weren't able to fully capitalize on the touch-and-feel. I believe these capabilities are coming though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navattic has built an easy-to-use platform for creating interactive demos quickly, allowing us to get demos to market faster. We went from using a vendor who took ~6 months and a significant budget to launch one interactive demo, to being able to launch a demo in days. I also think we are just starting to scratch the surface.
Great product tour tool, brilliant onboarding, many use cases throughout sales and marketing

Great product tour tool, brilliant onboarding, many use cases throughout sales and marketing
Navattic’s interactive product tour is our first product-led growth initiative. We wanted quality professionals, in life sciences industries, to easily understand how our eQMS could enhance their quality processes and help them get to market faster, without having to commit their time to sales calls in order to learn about Qualio.
We onboarded with Navattic in February of this year and our CSM immediately set us up for success. He trained us on the system and shared a storyboard template with us, which aided us in crafting our first main project, that included 4 separate guides.
While producing and fine-tuning this project, our colleagues in sales were attending an event in April and we wanted them to have a reduced version of the tour, tailored to the specific industry attending the event. The Navattic team helped us to quickly put this together and our sales team was using it a few days later.
We continued working on our main tour - the Navattic team were brilliant in assisting us with the setup of the first few guides and projects and we were able to simultaneously work live in Navattic. Then in early May, once we had internal sign-off, my Growth Marketing colleague and myself were joined by our CSM on a call as we put the first project live on the website, via a simple embed code on a dedicated landing page and linked from other relevant pages throughout the site.
Within the tour, we’ve added content and demo buttons to enable individuals to access any additional information that they might need as quickly as possible, be it a relevant datasheet on an area of the product or a demo form if they want a deeper dive into the product.
Tweaking and editing the tour is simple, as each element of the tour is individually captured. As we release features and updates in the product we can easily update within Navattic and that automatically maps to the public view once re-published.
My favourite part is how you can edit the text within each screen capture to ensure you have content to suit the audience.
Although we are relatively new users of Navattic, we are delighted with how the current live tours are performing and are working on further tours to sit throughout our website, tweaked and tailored to specific industries and use cases.
Our reps and events team are using the product tours when they are at events and our BDR team use them at certain points in the customer journey.

It has improved our customer journey and prospects' experience as individuals can learn more about the product in their own time on the website.
