Great tool with many valuable use cases
What do you like best about the product?
Something that is always difficult in a sales environment is not coming across too "salesy" to your prospects. A huge benefit of using Navattic is that you can easily provide proof to prospects as well as give them the chance to really get a feel for the product. It is super easy to pull the images from various URLs and then go through and create a walkthrough from there. I like that you can make each step either clicking on a button or clicking on the item in the platform. That makes it easy to replicate the true user experience while being able to have asides to provide context and more information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly it is really a great tool overall! One thing that can be a little frustrating is if I forget to take a specific screenshot when gathering those and I don't realize it until later, it can be a little time consuming to go back and get the right screen capture and put it at the right step. Honestly though that is more of user error than a problem with the platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've seen a measurable uptick in responses to our SDR team when they started sending out Navattics in their communications. Building trust is always important, and these help you get there much more quickly.

Further input and even recommendations for optimization of tours (ex placement of form fill)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With much of the SaaS evaluation process now talking place before speaking to a rep, Navattic allows us to showcase our product to evaluators early to give a teaser impression and drive interest. This demo experience drives leads and conversions for our business, which helps us produce results as a marketing team.

Navattic - Amazing software that has helped us grow!
What do you like best about the product?
I always wanted a software like this. It makes it easier than ever to bridge the gap for a new online website visitor or cold email outreach. Now, users can easliy visualize what our software does. Also the team at navattic is great and so helpful to get us up and running 10/10 so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! Would be cool if they could add in a feature to make an interactive demo live. That would be unreal to get basic users onboarded

Almost scared to share my secret!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Navattic gives me an easy way to bring the "aha moments" in our product forward before a prospect is ready to commit to a demo. The interface was easy to learn and the tours really feel like you're using the product. I'm almost scared for too many people to find out about it because I feel as if it's giving us a competitive advantage right now!
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes, certainly no blockers to recommending it. One note is that I haven't used the mobile output, and if your product relies on mobile use, it may not be as great for that yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously didn't have a good way to show what using our product is like and what it can do. Navattic serves as a way for people visiting our site or in touch with our GTM team to get a feel for what Falkon really is. It shows them the "aha moment" of what it can do and why they would get value out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic's product is easy to understand and use quickly; allowing nice, finished projects to be created in minimal time. The possibilities of this product are numerous; from interactive demo tours and onboarding guides to client-tailored marketing strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Utilizing Navattic to suit our needs required a bit of additional 'working around' their normal features - yes, everything was possible to do but required some additional knowledge of the product and extra time. The ability to move around modals and further customize aspects would also be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product has allowed us to reduce the number of employee hours spent on live calls; we can send out tailored demo tours or onboarding support guides that are self-paced and easily navigatable.
Easy to use, great support
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has a very intuitive interface, which lets you make product demos very quickly. Whenever something isn't intuitive, there is extensive documentation available, or a member of the team can get back to you with an answer in less than 12 hours. There is enough customizability to truly make it your own. We've used Navattic demos in many different scenarios and have found it a useful tool to leverage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features cannot fully capture the full extent of all products yet. I know the team is working on always improving, so I'm confident that Navattic will be an all-encompassing tool in due time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to give prospective clients, investors or just curious minds quick insight into how our product works. We've used the demo to tee up conversations, but also as follow-ups for further review.

Don't be shy about leaning on the Navattic team. They are very helpful and responsive.
High quality interactive product tours in minutes
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic is great and has helped our prospects experience our product earlier in their buying experience. This makes discovery/demo calls with our sales team much more focused and productive.
Also, I like that our team can make changes to the tour ourselves and we don't have to get dev teams involved or learn how to code.
So far we've used our product tour in sales conversations and some marketing materials, but we also plan to use it in multiple places on our website, social ads, and more.

Nothing so far because the product is pretty straightforward and their team has been very responsive to our questions... I guess if I had to name something I'd say that their roadmap sounds pretty great and I wish everything was all ready now :)

Stellar product and organization
What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has made creating product tours super easy! We have been able to showcase our product in a way we have never done before and everyone internally loves the tool. We have created a number of tours that touch multiple areas of our organization like CS, Sales, Partners, and Product Marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing really I dislike about the product. The thing I could mention is how sometimes depending on which product we're showing, we run into screen capture errors. However, the Navattic team is super responsive and helpful! When have run into this issue, Randy and his team have been more than happy to work with us to find a solution, and they are a pleasure to work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our sales team uses Navattic by sending them to prospects if they have a question about a particular product feature. Our marketing team uses them in post-event follow-up campaigns, our newsletters, and other campaign support. And our Customer Success team uses this tool to help educate our customers on our features and offerings.

The ease of use in building the tours. Overall it's just an intuitive tool.

I gues the integrations with tools like Hubspot could be a bit more developped
