Navattic has changed the way we show our product

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has allowed us to put a simplified version of our app into the hands of our website visitors and sales prospects. It's great for a product-led marketing strategy, it's also great to use as an alternative for those that aren't quite ready for a demo yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navattic is growing fast and there have been some growing pains. Sometimes the back end freezes, or something doesn't work quite right. However, I will say that their customer support is super quick and helpful in resolving the issues I have run into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted an interactive, impactful way to show our product to our audience. We use Navattic on our product pages, our sales team uses them, and our customer success team uses them for interactive onboarding.

Interactive demos made simple

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has made creating interactive demos for our site and for our reps SO EASY. It practically does all the work for me-I just plug in copy. 😎 Navattic is extremely easy to use through their Chrome extension. Not to mention, Navattic creates the flow for me based off of the order I took the screen captures. I've already recommended it to so many people. Great tool and prospects love our tours. 🙌🏻
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really anything to dislike. Just looking forward to the fun things the product team has up their sleeve next.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've gone from putting off making these tours to making several in a day with Navattic. Prospects have specifically complimented our reps on these interactive demos and they allow us to tell our product story with ease.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think of the story you want to tell first. Lay that out. Go take your screen captures and plug them in.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how easy this is to get prospects to engage with our product. We are using this between a qualification call and a discovery call and prospects have LOVED it. They have mentioned how easy it is for them to get the 30,000-foot views and then we can deep dive into their actual use case on the call and make sure they are fully loving the experience. Another thing I have been using this is for enabling new team members who join Alyce. It's been so easy to get them up and running and playing around without them feeling like they are going to break something. They get to understand what the platform actually delivers for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I really dislike. Just some things around integrations which are going to be fixed soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help our prospects and customers enjoy a better experience.

Great for giving prospects the "perfect taste" of your tool

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic really helped our inbound lead conversion rate because it gave our prsopects a chance to try our product before buying, but in the most ideal conditions (no buggy demo accounts, pushy sales people, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be a little easier to setup with tools that work inside of slack
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"try before you buy" for prospects, and then also giving new customers a great onboarding experience/tool

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic's product is fantastic, but aside from the stellar product offering, their focus on customer success is unrivaled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some may say they're early and therefore don't have as robust a feature set, but they're a team with a strong roadmap that's invested in customer success. They're going to win - big.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a unique user experience that needs explanation - Navattic's simple, intuitive controls allow us to focus on that experience and telling that story rather than get caught up in features and controls that just don't matter.

Product tours made easy

What do you like best about the product?
The storyboard builder allowed us to easily visualize the story we’d like to tell and we were able to quickly build & launch our demo. The Navattic team was responsive and it felt like a true partnership as they built out features we requested (aggregated analytics, google analytics integration, etc). Their customer support was responsive and helpful in getting things up and running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Early on, we didn’t have full visibility into analytics/tracking and had to do a lot of it manually on our side. After working with the team though, these features are now natively available in Navattic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Experimentation and feature flags tools like ours can have all sorts of features and can be very complex for prospective buyers. Our growth marketing team did not have unlimited development resources for this project which is why we decided to evaluate a product tour solution and purchase Navattic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give them a shot. It was easily one of my best product experiences, from onboarding to set up and finally getting our tours live.

What do you like best about the product?
Upsides include customer success and flexibility with Navattic making it easier highlight our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some oddities in capturing some of the UI. Not major and I think other vendors would have similar issues regardless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have been able to show specific features use cases of the product, tailoring them to specific interests or cases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would highly recommend exploring Navattic, they have created a stable product that supports our abilities to reach new customers and showcase features within our product.

What do you like best about the product?
Navattic has become an important piece of our lead generation workflow. We've replaced some of our less efficient steps with Navattic and have seen a material increase in our conversion rates. Team is incredibly helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing negative to report on the company. Having a mobile option would be a huge addition for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead generation > essentially moving the higher quality leads through the funnel. Navattic excels at this.

We 3x-ed our account-based demos without burdening your engineering organization

What do you like best about the product?
The support is impeccable. Navattic got on one call with us, onboarded our admin interface, and made it possible for our sales representatives to account-based demos without our engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Navattic does have an integration through Zapier to help us track lead information, we are looking forward to their upcoming native Hubspot integration so we do not need to use a third party!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We let our sales reps handle customer demos without needing engineering effort. We ramped up our account-based strategy without needing to bog down our engineering workloads. This has been a complete gamechanger and increased our weekly new deal demo rate by over 3x.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Navattic support is incredibly fast and far more personal than Walnut. We needed to make some last-minute changes, and there were no issues to our deployment timeline.
