No trail is working

Tanium trail is fake. this trail eventhough you activate it is not getting activated but showing as in use and not providing any console access.

I also have purchased the Tanium free trial today as on 08-01-2025. and it shows the trial is activated however to use it, it redirects you to vendor's website which is unreachable. so, not able to use the free trial.
