Gamechanger for Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
Transforming our aged processes into streamlined, efficient workflows. The platform is really customizable which has allowed us to build solutions that automate tasks and notifications, which in turn has been accelerating project timelines and reducing manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative side I see from Smartsheet is the time it takes to load workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is especially impactful for our auditing process, as it has completely optimized the way we can audit our users across all our applications.

I feel like it is comprehensive and easy to use, i use it multiple times a day, very beginner friendly

When me and a colleague are filling out the same box at the same time, even if i save it sometimes it wont save

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn software. I love the automation aspect which is a game changer for small businesses. Using AI in the tool to create difficult formulas was a real value add last year!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't much to dislike but if i could pick anything small it would be primary column not being able to be deleted.

Currently using SS to house our compliance register shared across our division.

Could use a little more customisation options similar to what excel have

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet's has really helped me at my company make process improvements in communication. The learning curve is very easy especially with the resources available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if there are more user-friendly templates that could be helpful.
