Great tool for managing projects and teams
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is easy to use and great for managing tasks and projects. I like how it helps teams collaborate in real time and keeps everything organized in one place. The ability to customize workflows and create simple dashboards is very helpful. It’s also nice that it integrates with other tools like Microsoft Teams and Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little tricky to get started if you’re new to the tool, especially with setting up automations or workflows. The price may be high for small teams, and sometimes it feels a bit slow when dealing with large amounts of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps streamline project management, task tracking, and team collaboration. It eliminates the need for multiple tools by offering everything in one place—task assignments, timelines, and updates. The automation features reduce manual work, saving time and ensuring consistent workflows. Additionally, the ability to share real-time updates keeps everyone on the same page, improving communication and reducing delays in project delivery. This helps my team stay organized, work more efficiently, and complete projects faster.
Powerful and easy to use Smartsheets
What do you like best about the product?
Easy keyboard shortcuts to add new rows, item dependencies, and easy-to-set-up tables that converts to different views (table, gantt, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not really an issue, but there's a bit of a learning curve and figuring things out when someone is coming from the use of regular sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single-pane view of all our tasks in a waterfall project where dependencies are called out per milestone,

What do you like best about the product?
We use smartsheet in staff meetings all the time. It keeps us organized and is easy to visually see things/tasks that our team needs to complete in the upcoming weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more metadata input. I need the search function to work easier for our team and I think that metadata will be a great start for Smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create timelines visually and address certain issues when in staff meetings.
When it works it terrific but it can become unstable and Tech Support is non-existent.

I like that we can use it in multiple locations track distribution of our devices, the ability to customize (to a certain extent) and user-friendly interface
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows can become disabled or stop work for no apparent reason; cloud server can often lead to very, very slow response time; when issues with the app arise, customer service and tech support are MIA or simply not able to provide assistance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We distribute assistive listening devices for patrons to borrow while they are attending a Broadway show. We collect a limited amount of personal information (name and email) in the event the device is not returned after the performance. We track our inventory at up to 36 locations to ensure we meet ADA requirements for our customers (the theaters). We provide usage data (no personal information) to the productions. We use the Sheet conversations to communicate with our employee at the theater(s) and many, many on-off features we have created using internal workflows and outside apps via API.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Smartsheet brings structure and visibility to projects. It feels like using a spreadsheet but with powerful project management features built in. I can easily assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress in real time. The ability to collaborate with colleagues in one place by being able to add comments, attachments, and automated alert. This saves a lot of back-and-forth. I also appreciate the different views (grid, Gantt, card, calendar), which allow me to see my projects from multiple perspectives depending on the stage of work. This is my first role where I am doing project work and this tool keeps me on track and accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, I found the layout a bit confusing like most new tools to the business but after a bit of time I got used to the set up and the functions. They're were features I had never heard of before so a simple guide/key may make life easier for new users who have limited project management skills. I think that it's a powerful tool but for new starters it's a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps solve the challenge of managing complex, cross-departmental projects in a fast-paced airport environment. Many of the projects I work on involve multiple stakeholders across the organization. I use excel in my day to day job and this format is similar and replicates it to an extent. The automation features also cut down on repetitive admin work, allowing me to focus more on analysis and delivering insights that support decision-making. Overall, it improves communication, keeps projects on schedule, and makes collaboration much smoother across teams.

User-Friendly Smartsheet Elevates Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I find Smartsheet incredibly user-friendly, which made the setup process easy for me. It excellently handles tasks, like managing customer and account details, without causing duplicates, making it efficient for processing refunds. The transparency in interview records is invaluable, clearly showing when interviews occurred and by whom.

I find Smartsheet simplifies loading customer and account details, avoiding duplication and making refunds easy. It also efficiently tracks interview details, enhancing organizational oversight.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives you to communicate with persons on chats. Attach them on related jobs

Pricing is a bit high. Sometimes it takes long to enter the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communicating and collecting data from other subcontrudtors and store them where everyone can reach whenever you want. Also linging files to send is good.
Great system, user friendly, easy adoption
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheets was easy to implement in the business. It allowed the company to streamline data gathering processes via email forms. The emails could be setup via automation which is easy to use. A ticketing system was also implemented which allowed user to manage ticket requests and fully organise the workload. Finally we also connected the system to our CRM system to improve data accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides are we had a number of issues with the connector to our CRM system and support is limited.

What do you like best about the product?
It is smart and simple. I like to plan and assign tasks to my colleagues and update it with ease on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I don't make use of many other features from smartsheet, so I'm sure I'm missing a lot.
