Good tool to have in your back pocket
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to import and export from Excel, project, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lot's of scrolling involved, especially when setting predecessors

Smartsheet is very convenient.
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and very intuitive. There is no need for prior training to be able to use this tool. I use it for a wide range of things such as creating requests and logging inventory etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could make it easier to share it with colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting information. I use it to check for LOTO requests, logging inventory etc..
Easy learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy to use fields in sheets. Very helpful coming from other spreadsheet software. Implementation time was quick and it was easy! Never had to use customer support, but did use their help guides and search functionality. Used smartsheets daily to manage my projects
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I disliked about smart sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to track and manage my various projects. I can make sure deliverables are on time by using the gantt views and dashboards.
User-friendly and organized
What do you like best about the product?
There are a ton of functions that I have not touched but the ones I have are great. We use it all the time at work to submit forms and compile that onto a smartsheet we can all access. It is easy to learn and use the program which is great.

Nothing I particularly dislike. I do think the interface could be a littttle cleaner.

How to keep a log of clients we need to track.
I have loved smartsheet for a while
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create a task list with drop downs so I can categorize tasks, projects, and even created multimonth learning guides with this option. I use smartsheet daily and manage my own time and projects efficiently with it. I also love that it sends me daily emails on what's on my to do list.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more integrations or easier integrations with calendar management platforms (outlook, etc.)

As a new employee, I find this confusing and don't know how to use the majority of the functions.

The concept of smart sheet I think is great. If I can learn more about its functions, it would be even more helpful.

It is slow and confusing and I don't know the majority of the ways to use it.

like Smartsheet because it is very easy to use and quick to implement. It comes with a wide range of useful features and also integrates smoothly with other tools, which makes daily work easier. I use it frequently, and whenever needed, the customer support has been reliable and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that when the sheet becomes too large, it starts to load slowly and feels a bit heavy.
