You could connect Smartsheet files with Power BI. Customize columns. Create forms available to share with users.

A Flexible and Powerful Tool for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet offers a great balance between flexibility and structure. I use it frequently—almost daily—for managing service delivery projects, tracking milestones, and collaborating across teams. The ease of implementation was impressive; we were able to get up and running quickly without needing extensive training. Its automation features, real-time updates, and integrations with tools like Microsoft Teams and Outlook make it a central part of our workflow. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Smartsheet is powerful, it can be a bit overwhelming for new users. The interface isn’t always intuitive, and some advanced features—like reporting and automation—require a deeper understanding to use effectively. Managing permissions across multiple sheets can be tedious, and performance can lag with very large datasets. Also, while customer support is good, documentation could be more detailed for complex use cases. Despite these downsides, we still use it regularly because of its overall value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps us manage and track lease processing requests from American Tower markets efficiently. It centralizes communication, allowing us to receive, update, and close cases in a transparent and organized way. This improves turnaround time, reduces miscommunication, and gives stakeholders real-time visibility into case status—ultimately supporting smoother operations in Oracle.

It was the integration between sheets and an easy way to share the information I wanted. Customer support was also great, and the easy implementation and creation. I use Smartsheet every day

The boxes could not be merged. It was the only thing I disliked

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Smartsheet is how flexible and easy it is to use, especially for managing all kinds of projects and tasks in one place. The grid format feels familiar, almost like excel, but with far more customization and collaboration features.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike about Smartsheet is that, while it's powerful, some of its advanced features can take a bit of time to figure out- especially if you're new to project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet brings everything into one place- task lists, timelines, file attachments. so it is much easier to see exactly where the projects stand. for me, This has meant fewer missed deadlines, less stress about chasing updates.

Nothing, I honestly can't complain about anything.

Great platform with massive capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to navigate and avoids over complexity for project planning. It's well integrated into out internal platforms and makes project management easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customisation is limited, but thats purely based on the way the charts look. Functionality wise there's not much it can't do.

It allows team members and clients to access workspaces and allows flexibility on worksheets
