The best collaboration and Visual Display
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been a life saver for global collaboration on multi-year program and track analytics on a dashboard, the visual display of where you are on a program helps drive key initiatives at a task level.
What do you dislike about the product?
Large sheets tend to crash often, and the save is not always instantaneous
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing workday implementation and tracking through project plan. testing activities, Raid log etc. Creating Pivot table

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has helped our team centralize communication ,improve project tracking, automate busywork". We especially like the forms, dashboards, automation.
It's powerful for client onboarding and centralizing checklists for different departments.
While there’s a slight learning curve at first, once you’re up and running, the platform is incredibly flexible and scalable.
We’d recommend Smartsheet to any team that wants a mix of spreadsheet familiarity and project management power.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve, its a bit expensive and the mobile app needs work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client onboarding and organizing teams to stay on task.
Convenient and Dynamic
What do you like best about the product?
I like that smartsheet can be customized to what I need. I can arrange the columns in a way that makes sense. I can create templates of project timelines that save time and money when a brief comes in from our clients. I am able to share the timelines that I build easily with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really see a downside. Smartsheet is easy to learn and fits what my job needs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Smartsheet I can easily build timelines and I can easily share them with teammembers. It's quick and limits room for human error/misinterpretation
Extremely effecient
What do you like best about the product?
I find Smartsheet to be quite complex and yet intuitive and easy to interact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features could be improved upon, but overall, it's difficult to find a genuie dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows me to organize and track my own and other's progress in training curriculums we create for our company in an extremely effecient and easy way.

That is intuitive and can do lost of stuff which can be done in Excel

Lack of api. Lots of functionalities are missing in API.

Allowed for resigning from Excel

What do you like best about the product?
Producing dashboards and being able to link information together. The automation is good and I use it regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a couple of new features such as a lean canvas template and the ability to do financial resourcing for a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing projects to be brought together under a Programme Board so that they can be easily tracked and monitored.

EXCELLENT TOOL, USED IT ON MY DAILY ROUTINE
What do you like best about the product?
LOVE THE FACT THAT IT'S EASY TO USE AND ACCESIBLE ANYTIME EVEN FROM MY CELL PHONE. ALSO THE FACT THAT ANY ADDED INFO UPDATES IN REAL TIME. LOVE THE FACT THAT I AM ABLE TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS AND COMMENTS

IN REALITY, I PERSONALLY HAVE NOT FOUND ANY DOWN SIDES ON THE APPLICATION
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MANAGING MY DAILY TASKS, PLANNING WORK, WE ALSO USED IT TO SHARE INFORMATION AND PROJECTS SCHEDULES FOR ASSIGNED TAKS WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS.

Extremely adaptable and customizable. We were able to connect internal and external teams to get work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new subscription model role out was confusing and more than tripled the cost. Customer support was amazing but now it's hard to get a straight answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It coordinated and ran our entire operation but as we started to out grow it, it slowed down and cost shot up.
It has made a month of work be done in 10 business days!

The forms - Users simply need a free account to fill out and update the data. Licensed users can easily create a form, add logics and publish it in no time!
The automation - Reminders, requests for updates, notifications of errors are easy to set up using the templates!
The Dashboards - Can house graphs, grids, calendars, links all put together with ease

What do you dislike about the product?
The graphs in the Dashboards are very restricted and settings are not kept when certain situations reset the data. Creating a new grid is best done outside of Smartsheet and then imported. Reporting is also very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminders help our team members stay abreast of their responsibilities and aware of others that are depending on their task completion. Input into the data set is easy with Forms and email update requests. Errors are minimized with notifications.
