Resource management solution combined with easy to assemble Gantt charts that are highly customisable combined with dynamic reporting combined with easy to customise dashboards enable data to be readily available

Easy Campaign Proofing, but Filtering Gets Messy

What do you like best about the product?
I find Smartsheet pretty easy to use. I like being able to view proofs alongside the copy, bring everyone into the proof, and share the design file with everyone when reviewing campaigns. The initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the filtering really annoying. When I filter by certain people or tasks, it sometimes breaks the sheet and doesn’t organize things neatly. Because we group things into blocks of weeks, filtering can make everything messy, and it doesn’t sort things by date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet to review campaigns and share design files with everyone. I can view proofs alongside the copy and bring everyone into the proofing process.

I particularly appreciate the spreadsheet-style interface, which makes it relatively easy to structure work, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and maintain visibility across multiple activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very helpful to have a one-click, downloadable PDF guide covering the different Smartsheet functionalities, with step-by-step guidance and a comprehensive keyword index.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For cross-functional projects, it helps provide a clear overview of deliverables, owners, timelines, and status. Once the sheets and workflows are properly set up, it can reduce reliance on separate trackers and make follow-up more systematic.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of sheets, however the power of custom dashboards. It is a great tool to support margin management and handle customer opportunities. The pricing is reasonable. Our team are all on one system and can communicate easily about existing projects. We have used it to help onboard our new staff by storing all SOPs. This has really helped improve employee and business performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to incorporate a task list, ability to connect to xero and send customer comms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to actively track our sales, ROI, Margin, conversion rates. Having the data readily available has kept our team focus on their KPIs and helped us tracked performance across our business
