We can send and track the email through smartsheet. Besides, the interface of smartsheet is easy to find the function I am looking for.

The dashboard funstion in smartsheet is a little bit simple.

Everything you need in one place and easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Smartsheet daily for over a year now, and it has become my go-to project management tool. The Gantt chart feature is intuitive and easy to implement, making it simple to visualize timelines and dependencies. I especially appreciate the ability to save custom templates, which streamlines the setup process for new projects with similar deliverables.
The Card view is another standout feature—it provides a high-level overview of tasks in a format that caters to different team preferences. Additionally, the Dashboard functionality is user-friendly and incredibly helpful for creating a centralized overview and quick navigation to related sheets.
What truly sets Smartsheet apart from other tools are its automation capabilities. The ability to set automatic reminders for to-do list items, along with a wide range of customizable automations, makes organizing and managing information seamless. The extensive library of templates is also a major plus, allowing teams to hit the ground running with minimal setup time.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using Smartsheet there was some struggle with setting up workspaces correctly & easily selecting the correct template for my needs. This was overcome quickly & a minor inconvenience. I truly have no other complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have everything I need in one place. I feel as though it has combined multiple tools that I have previously used into one very intuitive tool. It is also much easier to navigate and visualize that other tools with similar function. Able to review schedule, see financials, create / manage to do list, maintain contacts and track project all in one spot.
I think that Smartsheet is a fantastic tool for project management.
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy it is to gather information using reports and dashboards, and I find it especially useful that tasks can be linked across different sheets. The platform is also very user-friendly, and its numerous automation features assist my team every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way data is visually presented in Smartsheet has not been well received by our executives, which makes it challenging to secure their support for the tool. The Gantt chart visualization, in particular, has been underwhelming and has limited our ability to use Smartsheet for automating roadmaps and similar tasks. I remain optimistic that as the Timeline view continues to improve, it might become a viable option for us, but at this point, we still lack executive buy-in. On a separate note, I would really appreciate the addition of a feature that allows for conditional formatting of individual cells, rather than being restricted to just rows or columns.

With Smartsheet, we can automate various administrative tasks and effectively track dependencies across multiple projects. Additionally, we utilize reports and dashboards to gather and present information for our project status updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Very friendly and nice to manage and work with, many useful features that help to follow up projects accomplishments and can be accessed by several users to analyze the information and make project decisions. I use it frequently to run several tools that have been adapted and integrated.

Capability to store data, it is needed to create reports or sheets from time to time due it gets to storage limit.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Smartsheet for its strong collaborative features and user-friendly interface. Coming from a background with only basic Excel experience, I found it much simpler to create dashboards and tables in Smartsheet. We use Smartsheet on a daily basis and it has made my life a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if the forms for entering data offered greater capacity.

This tool helps us stay organized with our Grant projects, and it’s especially useful because everyone can collaborate on the same project and view real-time updates from colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet completely changed that. It allows us to build customized dashboards, automate repetitive tasks, and track performance metrics in real time — all in one central, organized place. I can instantly see the status of every project, monitor KPIs across departments, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. The transparency and visibility it provides have improved both efficiency and communication firm-wide.
The ability to create automations and reminders has drastically reduced missed deadlines and manual follow-ups. Templates for onboarding, case tracking, and marketing initiatives have made our internal processes faster and more consistent. Plus, the integration options (especially with our CRM and document management systems) make Smartsheet even more powerful for law firm operations.

I have not yet found anything that I dislike about Smartsheet. It has been very easy to navigate and use.

It is helping us to monitor tasks and project workflow. Keeps up with deadlines and allows our team to work more collaboratively.

I think my favorite thing about smartsheet is how collaborative it is. I also love that you can attach files right into the document

I truly value the way everyone can access and work together on spreadsheets in real time. This feature has significantly improved the efficiency and smoothness of our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with large amounts of data, loading and saving can take longer than anticipated. In contrast to Google Docs, changes made by other users are not visible in real time—you have to refresh the page to see updates. Additionally, the editing and filtering tools could be more user-friendly.

Communication about work progress and keeping other departments updated are important aspects to consider.

I appreciate the automations and the ease of collaborating with others—it truly makes a significant impact on my daily work interactions and supports some of our organization’s most efficient processes.

I wish I could stay logged in for a longer period, so I wouldn't have to log in every time I open the site.

This tool helps us communicate and keep track of changes in our data, acting both as a messenger and a tracker so we can review past updates when needed.
