Fast, Reliable, and User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet to track my stock and save my work for the day. It solves a lot of problems for me because my calls are always updated, and it has made my work easier. I find Smartsheet easy to use, and it's faster than previous software I've used. I like that I've never lost my work on it. I also appreciate that I don't have to wait long for the app to open. Everything works very well, and the initial setup was perfect.

I use Smartsheet to track my stock and save daily work, solving many problems by keeping my calls updated and making work easier. It's easy to use, fast, reliable, and I've never lost my work.
Highly Adaptable and Easy to Tailor for Every Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to adapt its use to meet the needs of each engagement, and it’s highly adaptable overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s no dark mode for the main body of the planner. While the menus can be set to dark, I’d really like the option to make the actual planning area dark as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Smartsheet for project management, issue tracking, and vulnerability management across multiple customers, and to support work aligned with a wide range of legislative frameworks.
Helpful Scheduling and Task Management, Integration Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the scheduling feature in Smartsheet; it helps me a lot. It's great for assigning tasks and having one person take over a task from another.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications are not favorable. Also, Smartsheet doesn't integrate with Excel and Outlook. Integration with other softwares is kind of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet for daily task updates, which helps in analyzing task priorities and scheduling, making it easy to take over tasks and assign them effectively.
Easy Navigation, Fast and Reliable for Managing Projects and Operations
What do you like best about the product?
The product’s navigation is very easy to use. It lets me integrate internal operations with projects that affect large portions of the business. The website is consistently available and runs quickly, which supports our day-to-day business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I invite people who don’t already have an account, it can create problems with logging in and getting access. It often takes several attempts before everything works correctly. On top of that, the support side of things doesn’t really seem to be there for the user when these issues come up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We run business-wide projects that cover large areas, and the product’s pricing makes that possible whether someone has a licence or not. From a feasibility perspective, it’s ticking all the boxes.
Easy API Access, Reliable Column Formulas
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to the API for downloads and uploads. It’s almost impossible to make mistakes between cells thanks to the column formulas. The reporting features are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the formulas are a bit too complicated, but that’s part of it not being just a calculator sheet. Sometimes the alarms seem to be wrong.

I connect it via the API to manage all the coding and handle all the data input.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet to track a lot of HR metrics in real time, which allows cross-functional access with my team. It helps my team to be made aware of any updates in real time, stopping any communication gaps. I like the ease of using it; it's very simple to navigate. The initial setup was easy; we created an account and were able to start. Overall, I would highly recommend Smartsheet, giving it a score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes finding folders can be a little tricky. It's usually just that you need to search around sometimes, I think having a search tab which finds everything. I know there is this function but sometimes the folders don't show up.

I use Smartsheet to track HR metrics in real time, allowing cross-functional access. It stops communication gaps by keeping my team aware of updates.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how Smartsheet allows my colleagues and I to access one spreadsheet and easily provide updates to clients. The platform looks slick and is easier to use than Excel. The dashboard features are particularly helpful, and I found the initial setup to be very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Smartsheet could be improved with more AI support to auto-create dashboards that work for specific use cases.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Smartsheet to track lists, complete forms, and collaborate with others. I appreciate that it cuts out long email threads because all updates and information can be updated in Smartsheet. I like that it is easy to use and very user-friendly, even for those who haven’t had much experience with it. I find it great that you can make a questionnaire, and then Smartsheet will auto-fill a sheet for ease when reviewing data. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more features in terms of creating a more visually appealing and interactive quiz.
