Smartsheet Helps Keep Everything Aligned and Synced
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how everything in Smartsheet syncs seamlessly across all sheets. We rely on it to track our workload each day, and our individual contributors make use of several reports generated within the platform. Integrating Smartsheet into our workflow was straightforward, and it has noticeably enhanced our team's performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the flexibility in functions and formatting that Excel offers. Aside from that, it works very well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet provides a spot for all individual contributors to be able to update their actions. It then gives great options for summary and tracking reports for team management.
It should be better than it is.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how everything is laid out and you can see how the jobs are laid out in order of scheduling. I like how I can assign foreman and their crews to jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so so so glitchy. If my co-workers and me are both working in Smartsheet half the time it doesn't save. You do not have this issue with Google sheets or other platforms where multiple people are working on the same sheet. It is so frustrating!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly if it were up to me I would use other platforms. It doesn't solve any scheduling issues because there are other platforms that work better. I only use it because my company is making me us it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The search function could be more useful. Possibly the ability to filter on things would be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used as a ticket tracker primarily. Good for client use
Smartsheet is useful but missing lots of QoL UI items
What do you like best about the product?
It's online and anyone can edit based off permissions. I use Smartsheet on a daily basis and it is a simplified program.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot of customizations for forms and sheets. It does not do things I want and is easier to use excel at times. There are tickets/pages out there of people requesting these QoL items and it has been open for years with Smartsheet team not implementing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keeps all documents in one place and send out automatic notifications if documents change.

email notifications do not work as intended at times (most times)

its allowed us to make basic spreadsheets LIVE - so that many users can be using them at once.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is really easy to use and adjust to our needs. It helps so much with organization, and it updates in real time which is super helpful. I love how easy it is to link websites and to organize information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could link documents easily to the cells. As far as I am aware that is not currently possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a platform to collaborate with our colleagues on the status of certain elements of a project. Additionally, we keep information stored in the smartsheet to look back on after we finish the project.
Excellent Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the functionality of the sheets. It is great for project management, organization, and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations are not very intuitive and the UI seems cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They our solving how my team tracks tasks within a project. This greatly benefits how efficient our team works through tasks and completes projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Project Manager. I created and shared reports so the company could track the progress of my projects. I also created dashboards so they could see the status of all projects. Now everyone is happy with the information exchange.

What do you dislike about the product?
You can't make changes to a single sheet simultaneously. When someone makes a change to a sheet I'm working on, I have trouble saving my work. I have to refresh the page to see the part they've changed.

Smartsheet provides information, work tracking, and collaboration capabilities for a team monitoring multiple projects.
Useful platform, especially when you understand how to automate sheets

Smart sheet has plenty templates from which any project of any nature can tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to figure out the interface and how to edit a template if needed.
