Quick response on an issue with All Sheets Showing between all Users
What do you like best about the product?
I got a quick response from Reema. She set up a Teams meeting for our issue and walked us through on what steps we were taking and what steps we missed in the processed and was able to get it rectified really quickly. She explained it so I could understand it and now understand that these steps need to be used every time. Thanks Reema!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to find the IT help button on the main screen maybe in the upper left or right? and an other option when you are trying to figure out what your subject matter is for your help ticket is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects and keeping all safety records in one place.
It has many great features and I am glad to have those. However, they are not always intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
It makes information feel organized and accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets overwhelming to keep track of the sheets, workspaces, dashboards and so on. Then on top of it, to have to share access to people for each of these, it just feels too complicated at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows information about a particular topic or project to be consolidated into one space. This makes it easier to find the related items.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet helps our business with tracking. It allows us to retain copious amounts of data in folders easily identified for many projects. It keeps files organized in a way that would otherwise require more work on the backend that is easily avoided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer Excel files saved in Smartsheet to be saved as Excel and not converted to Google Sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking logistics, billing, & many other documents related to waste management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of getting started. I describe it as a combination of Excel, Project, and SharePoint to people who haven’t used it. You don’t need to have programming or developer experience to start creating useful forms and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more basic features that Excel has are not available in SmartSheet. I also wish sharing at a folder level was an option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to visualize financial data at a macro level first and then be able to dig into the micro levels. Starting off with reports, we have been able to have more successful close out of reviews. We hope to be more proactive in any financial shortfalls by creating dashboards containing charts.

The survey feature and logic is poor, the survey schema should depend of response

What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic integration allowing excellent co-ordinated input from all users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the navigation features can be unhelpful at times but this is minor to be honest.

Smartsheet is helping us in making it easier to store all of our data in one place.

It works well to manage projects that have a lot of moving parts and multiple people that need access to the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform feels outdated and is missing some features that more recent competitors provide. Additionally, the spreadsheets—likely due to legal reasons—differ slightly from Excel, which can be frustrating at times.

It efficiently keeps documents organized in a single location, making it easy for multiple people to access and retrieve them when needed.
Great experience and transition from traditional excel

Collaboration and linking of multiple sheets (referencing). Use of automation, while limited, is helping me to perform task as well.
I like that there are some integration with Power Automate too.

Easy, fast, and a whole lot of smart.
What do you like best about the product?
Love the automated forms and the automatic filing of the data. The link generated are easily shared and integrated into our day to day operations.
The reminders and also the ability to attach external documents to the sheets are very handy.

The smartsheet app could use a spruce up. its alot harder to use than the online version. and also having to put in a code each time we want to sign in is a bit annoying.
