Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Great for intake via forms to a spreadsheet that we can then work from. Love the automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to view the information gathered from a form in a format other than the spreadsheet.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is very helpful in collaborating across organizations. I have several clients that use different hubs on Smartsheet, and it's simple to switch between dashboards. The options for automation within sheets are very helpful and make it easy to keep up with the expectations for ongoing work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a bit of a learning curve when switching over to the software. Not too difficult, but requires you to dedicate some time to learning the mechanisms. You need to be very specific in your expectations of what SS can be used for and what it can't be used for, as too much information in the dashboards can get clunky and confusing quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps keep all project information in one place that is easily accessible, which saves time when trying to file/update other team members.
Great Tool for Staying Organized and On Track
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been such a helpful tool for me in managing my thoughts, adding notes, and keeping everything organized in one place. I love how easy it is to set up and customize sheets for different needs — whether it’s personal to-do lists or coordinating projects at work.
As a coordinator, it’s been a huge plus to have Smartsheet as a central hub to track tasks, deadlines, and updates. It keeps me on top of everything and gives me peace of mind knowing I won’t lose track of important details.
Overall, it’s a user-friendly and professional tool that makes organizing work (and even personal tasks) so much easier. Highly recommend it!

Sometimes the interface feels a little busy at first, but once you get used to it, it’s very easy to navigate.

The ability to automate workflows and set reminders saves me a lot of time, and I appreciate that everything updates in real time. Overall, it’s a great platform for staying organized and managing projects efficiently. I use Smartsheet daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile version isn’t as smooth as the desktop version, so I prefer working on my computer. It can feel a bit pricey if you only need basic features

Smartsheet helps me track all resident feedback and complaints in one place, making it easy to stay organized and ensure nothing is missed. I use it to follow up with community managers and other company personnel, which keeps communication clear and makes resolving issues much faster. This has improved accountability and helped streamline the entire follow-up process.
The best tool for collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is so easy to use, from editing cells, to sharing with others, to how quickly it is to learn how to use. I've only had to contact support one time and they were quick and efficient in answering my questions and very helpful. Smartsheet has become a daily part of my life and i can never go back to using any other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formula calculation isn't as snappy as other tools. But it's such a small issue that doesn't take away from all the other wonderful features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to upload documents directly to Smartsheet has been a game changer. Adding users and collaborating in real time is the best feature Smartsheet has in my opinion.

Smartsheet stands out as an incredibly comprehensive project management tool, which truly shines for its ability to integrate different workflows in one place. For me, the main advantage is the synergy it creates among teams; instead of using several disconnected tools, everyone can work in the same environment, with full visibility of activities, deadlines, and resources. This eliminates duplication of efforts, reduces errors, and speeds up decision-making, as the information is always up-to-date and accessible to all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement would be the initial learning curve for new users. Although the interface is powerful, the number of features and options can be a bit intimidating for beginners. I suggest a basic and quick review for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Smartsheet is helping to solve is disorganization and lack of visibility in projects. Previously, communication and task tracking could be fragmented across emails, separate spreadsheets, and instant messages. This resulted in loss of information and difficulty in knowing the real status of each activity. Now, with Smartsheet, all project information is in one place.

Slow loading times, Table view is missing features that grid view has.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has provided us a=with an effective task management tracking system, from simple cleaning/maintenance logs to full-scale strategic plans. It has been easily accessible for all staff through the creation of forms, and has been rolled out throughout the company for daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the corporate space dominated by excel and Google sheets, it has taken a while for us to get our heads around new technologies and learn how to use them effectively. In sharing these sheets with external providers, it can also pose an issue from a familiarity perspective.

First time using smartsheets!!!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the color coordinating and the streamlining capabilities that smartsheet has.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is my first time using smartsheet so i will say it is not very user friendly. It takes a while to adjust to all of the features that smartsheet offers. Navigating the pages is a little hard.

Collaborating with different teams and departments can be time-sensitive and SMartsheet has allowed for seamless updates and communication.
