Smartsheet has been a huge support to my daily workload.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the editing options on Smartsheet as well as the automation. The back end is user friendly and very customizable which is helpful in my line of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
What can be slightly frustrating with Smartsheet is the occasional lags or outages and front end sheet errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet helps with organization and record keeping. What we primarily use it for is tracking time off requests for our agents/supervisors. We are able to easily filter and mark entries off. The automation is especially helpful as it cuts out the middleman and makes workflow easier and efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Smartsheet offers a highly flexible and intuitive platform for project management and collaboration. The spreadsheet-like interface makes it easy to get started, but with much more power for tracking tasks, setting automated alerts, sharing updates in real time, and integrating with other tools.
I appreciate its robust automation features, dashboards, and reporting tools, which help track project progress and keep everyone informed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Performance speed lags especially when you are using the desktop app. It doesn't have an easy way to copy/paste links from desktop app. Formulas are not intuitive to learn. Some integrations and advanced features are locked behind higher pricing tiers, which is limiting for smaller teams who are on restricted grant budgets. Our organization had to move to a business enterprise solution which made it extremely expensive per user license so we can't assign licenses to everyone on our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration, workflow automation, centralizes project information, provides transparency and improves cross-team collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
The layouts are easy to design and allow multiple users to view and update.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to be able to automate more to the data updates and loading in a smartsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Smartsheet to capture and manage report requests. We also use it in a number of areas to track and save patient health measures.
Highly recommended app/website
What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is used almost 4/5 days by our company to track data and is very nice to keep up with. Seems likes it very well put together by corporate to be able to keep track. We are able to view a live report of issues we encounter with other facilities used as like a collaboration. I also like how they have the ability to add a feature that calculates inputs very accurately causing me not to even use a calculator. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only only issue and very minor for me would have to be that i wish there would be a little more room around each line to distinguish each and every line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to not be able to keep up w all documents and pictures turned in to us that now it is all put together onto a live document.

I like the ability to be able to attach files and have conversations with other people in the sheet
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there are no key shortcuts and the ribbon is very confusing. Takes a long time to format the sheet.

It allows me to track diligence requests with a client and the client is able to respond and upload files to fulfill the different requests
Smartsheet has been incredibly helpful for organizing delegated tasks and tracking their progress.

I appreciate the extensiveness in which I can create questions and responses (such as free-response, drop down items, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that when I organized the sheet upon logging in (such as sorting by ascending or descending time stamps, name, etc.) that it would save for the next time I would log in. I want to have my most recent assigned or tasks that I delegate out at the top of the sheet instead of having to reset it each time.
Also, occasionally attached documents and files take a very long time to load, or do not load at all. I may click on an item, look for additional documents, and if nothing loads for 10-15 seconds I assume nothing is there-- but it may take 30-60 seconds for the additional attached documents to load.
Lastly, I would appreciate if there is a way to condense sections down (maybe this is possible and I just don't know how to do this. When reviewing responses to people who have filled out my smartsheet, it would be nice to collapse Section A, B, C, D to only have section E up (for example)-- just for clutter-free visual aesthetics.

It is a hub used to collaborate between teams in our large department, and monitor task progression within shared projects when we might not otherwise be communicating as consistently outside of the system.
Using Smartsheet for Charity Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Smartsheet is how collaborative it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I would get notifications when new line items are added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet allows the field team in my company to have one place to put in info for charity events being held at their stores.
Smatsheet is a very useful tool in organizing my to-dos with my team and I advocate for it often.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is that for the most part, you can customize it to your liking and there are multiple ways to look at your project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike some of the rigidity around customization. I would like the ability to create different fields in the child cards than the parent cards. The card view is hideous in my opinion, the board view is great! The only thing is that when you separate the child cards in board view, having different parameters and some sort of indication of what parent card it belongs to would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving a gap that Salesforce is terrible at - kanban.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it really has everything i need in one sheet, I can attach files which its a big life saver. I like the rule feature where i can assign a color with an action. One of my very favorite features is that i can move a row along with the attached files to another sheet and im able to automate it. Smartsheet has made it super easy to organize and keep on track of work. All the how to videos work and are easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i can think of was when i share a sheet and someone is able to edit they can accidently erase something and dont notice it at the moment. It would be nice to lock cetain areas of the sheet once either myself or the person editing the sheet add to it. Or have an extra step before being able to edit certain areas.

Keeping things on track and helping me have files where i can look back and answer many questions.
Lots of promise, hard to use
What do you like best about the product?
I see how TPMs at Chewy use Smartsheet intelligently, and it would be awesome if I could figure out how to make it work for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even simple things, like coloring every other line for easier reading (and easier to spot row # in a sheet with 100s of rows when I need it for predecessor, requires two hidden columns and a long winded conditional formatting role for "evens and odds." Its instances like this that I find myself saying "come on, smartsheet. get with the times." and move to excel or another format. I think the gantt view is basically useless unless you can extend your smartsheet window on two monitors. At the current moment, I'm using SS for multi year roadmapping, and its such a slog trying to get the conditional formatting to update colors for "team assigned" on the gantt chart. If I assign more than one team the color is seemingly random between the teams selected, if it color codes it at all. Additionally, I need this sheet to be collaborative and online. Autosaving and live editing between multiple people is a must for our team, and because smartsheet lacks it, it is miserable to collaborate with others.

Currently smartsheet allows us the ability to see deliverables/milestones/tasks and a gantt chart on one location, that is nice to have in one spot, versus many,
