What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet provides a framework for a multi-person team to work on multiple projects, give updates, meet deadlines, and measure progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning the various features, but it is easy to delete work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, assigning responsibility and meeting deadlines.
I find smartsheet for managing project, but personally don't use it much beyond that.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how streamlined it is, one I understand a specific mechanism I find it a very useful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the actual buidling to be somewhat complicated at times.

I love how it help visualize all of my teams projects in one place.
I use it to share my weekly activity with the team

What do you like best about the product?
That it helps me see ongoing requests on a project and the status gets updated immediately, I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface I find it to be a little hard to use, it could be easier or more visually appealing. It could be easier to use and implement across organizations.

Having access to all information in one place, from attachments to notes and also transparency of active participants.

Formatting rules of the sheets are something difficult to get used to.

helps to keep information in a single environment, instead of being spread across different programs.
Functional and helpful for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Project management functions. The Grid view is clean and helpful for mapping out tasks and assigning them to peers. I appreciate that you can connect sharepoint files to rows while also allowing you grant external partners access to the sheets to assign work. The automations are useful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
the concept of a solution. Whenever i try to make a new sheet, it creates a new folder/solution which is confusing. I also don't like that. There's no clock functionality for calendaring, If a dashboard is public facing, we have limited insights on who is accessing the dashboard. There's no way to know if an email from an automation received a bounce back. There are so many tiers to Smartsheet and it's confusing on what we can and cannot use without paying more. Automations currently do not allow us to send out forms from our sheets.

Smartsheet has helped with creating consistent communications to peers by using automations.

When you change one date, it changes the rest of the schedule for you.

We don't see a way to track critical path
