What do you like best about the product?
Its flexibility and ability to meet various needs with the same data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a bit expensive when you want to have everyone use the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving having a single source of truth and creating a platform that we can all rely upon.
Smartsheet assists with all my data reporting and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Attaching documents to the rows really helps with keeping track. I also enjoy building dashboards and the ease of showcasing data
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation on the number of lines. Some of my reporting involves a lot of data so I have to pull from excel and paste the overview data into Smartsheet. New outlook emails were not able to be attached, I stopped using new outlook so not sure if this is still an issue

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet has been a highly effective platform for consolidating information from multiple sources into a single, organized sheet—thanks to its intuitive forms and user-friendly tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet is missing a lot of functionality in terms of working with mass amounts of data. There is definitely a lot of formulas and calculations that are much more difficult and require work arounds in order to achieve the same results as other platforms. Also the inability to download a sheet as a file onto your computer can be troublesome at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet forms has solved the problem of too many hands in the cookie jar. There have been times when too many people are involved in a project and mistakes have been made that affect other users data. By using forms, users can submit their data with out interfering with other users information.

I found a smartsheet to be very useful and explained detail and information needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was kind of hard at the beginning to navigate but once you get used to it it's great

And tell me on task that I need to do daily and projects that I have in my daily work routine as a service tech also to manage my work projects in priority task

I really like how it is easy to search and access. Also very helpful for scheduling and collaboration.

Sometimes the program doesn't work so if those kinks are worked out it would be perfect.

Helps with collaboration, scheduling, RFI, and submittals.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is capable of syncing with other applications. We are able to keep things very up to date that way

I think it needs a better home page. I navigate by searching but, a dashboard with all project of larger folders would be good.

Allowing everyone access to collab on projects. So limits forwarding and CCIng people

Smartsheets schedule buildin being able to just input a day and length, instead of a formula.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you put it in a form and then the schedule would be made.

It is helping all me stay on task with all my projects and dates

Timesheet & resource planning and records. Flexibility, ease, convenience, and overall good management.

No current challenges or issues with Smartsheet. Makes job much easier.

Never used smartsheet before, now I can't work without it

The system itself is very intuitive, I had very little training and managed to pick it up within no time at all, I have been to a smartsheet event in london which was amazing, incredibly informative and the energy was incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any thing that I would change

Tracking the status of incoming enquries and status of ongoing work
A great tool with a lot of features
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and understand. The features are numerous and this makes the workflow smooth
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface doesn't seem friendly even though it is. I would like it to be more interactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number of features helps the workflow online. All team members have access at the same time, we get notifications easily. At the same time, we can work with externals, use forms, update projects.
