What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use; simple UI; easy to understand navigation; easy to create reports, love it that I can invite guests who do not need a license.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some limitations re: the ability to create reports from a task based list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to share with non-licensed users.

What do you like best about the product?
you can create workflows based on your needs and have some many tools that allows you to track information and at the same time notify a team in a personalized way
What do you dislike about the product?
Admin Center needs to improve drastically i should be able to see my users and which groups they are without checking in each group or sheets, i should be able to manage their status and workspaces added in one spot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
connecting our teams , each task being able to track individually and notify only team members that are part of the specific task or team.
Easy tool for project collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's could based so you it can be accessed anywhere you can get on-line with any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I haven't found any limitations.

Scheduling, budget, and work flow.
Great tool for building business processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like that smartsheet is very intuitive. It seems easy to adapt to if you come from a background of Excel or other spreadsheet work. It also has a very high ceiling for what it is capable of, which allows a user to start small and still build up to use the more advanced features over time. I use it every day for work and would not want to have to substitute it for something else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartsheet could have a higher line limit and allow for more integrations with common business programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet is organizing records from form entries and allowing me to shere them through dynamic views. This helps serve stakeholders of my projects with a consistent experience.

A common dislike about Smartsheet is that it can become complex and overwhelming for new users, especially when setting up advanced automations or reports. Some users also find limited offline functionality and higher pricing for premium features to be drawbacks.

Smartsheet solves problems like disorganized project tracking, lack of real-time collaboration, and manual reporting. By centralizing tasks, automating workflows, and providing visibility across teams, it helps save time, reduce errors, and improve accountability, leading to faster project completion and better decision-making.

That's it's very intuitive but also very detailed.

Lack of design and ease of use if it needs to be a bit more visually appealing.

Unlike static Excel files prone to version conflicts, Smartsheet operates in the cloud. It allows real‑time collaboration, attachments, discussions, and automatic updates—serving as a shared “single source of truth” for projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Smartsheet is incredibly easy to use and has become part of my daily routine. It makes managing work simple and efficient, and it’s also a fantastic collaboration tool for working seamlessly with customers
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge we’ve found is with guest users — some of our customers have reported difficulties accessing the Smartsheets we’ve shared with them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Smartsheet gives us a central hub for project plans, implementation logs, and task management. Having everything in one place makes it much easier to stay organised, track progress, and keep both our team and customers aligned.
Productive and Excellent
What do you like best about the product?
It is very productive for work purposes and helps with organization during meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much , they just need to keep up with the latest sheets in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most help full part is that you don't need a note taker and progress and data can be shared across to other colleagues effortlessly.
Streamlined Project Management with Easy Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Smartsheet is to use and that it can interact with other programs. I love the dashboards and their versatility, making them great for program management. The ability to automate processes with Smartsheet, both internally and with external applications, is something I really appreciate. For program management, there's no better tool in my opinion. Also, setting up Smartsheet was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that depending on the type of access that you have (business account) you have access to all these applications or not. They should be included.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Smartsheet to ensure follow-up tasks keep projects on track and to have a place where I can store everything needed for a project.
