Great product! Easy to setup and use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setup is really nice, by connecting in Google Apps it automatically sets up your account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications via email could be interesting
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding and offboarding employees quickly and safely. No more forgetting to about various SaaS accounts.

Easy to use tool to wrangle IT processes
What do you like best about the product?
It's been really easy to connect to our existing SaaS software and to build workflows of our onboarding and offboarding processes. It's made it really easy to centralize our workflows and the Google Apps integration has been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're excited to see Slack integration, but nothing else really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're looking to get get control of our SaaS spend, our SaaS vendors, and also our IT management of our employee processes.
Helpful Tool for Cost and Onboarding Management
What do you like best about the product?
Setting up Blissfully is fairly seamless. They've done a great job in pulling data directly from G-Suite and Quickbooks with little work on the users behalf.
What do you dislike about the product?
They're still working on a number of features related to how data is presented within the app such as filters, column selection and the ability to interact with various attributes across the platform (i.e. adding apps to teams within the app view).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blissfully is helping us to better track our spending and ensure new team members get access to all of the software they need to perform their responsibilities.
Great customer service, constantly expanding functionality, growing into something truly powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
Blissfully does a great job of continually improving their product. Anytime I ask about functionality not already on the platform they're quick to tell me if it can be added, and where it fits on their road map. It does a good job of capturing new SaaS accounts and spend and has been instrumental in helping me get control of our SaaS in a young, rapidly growing business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the receipt recognition could be better. That said, anytime I find one it's not capturing they've been good about figuring it out and making sure they're captured going forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I now have a much better picture of our SaaS environment throughout the business. Able to better control new spending. Identified multiple redundancies and inefficient licence management helping to consolidate and save.

What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite feature is the cost per seat feature in tandem with the onboarding and offboarding features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is higher then we would for the service that isnt too often logged into.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding and offboarding has been smoothed out and it has also completely removed us from the SaaS spend black hole that we were in

It is one of the few products that the trial period is actually helpful to get setup and see what it can do for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the app view as well as workflows. My company is perusing SOC 2 and having all of this built in for provisioning is great. I also love how responsive your support team is as well as the direction of your company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is rough around the edges. I often run into UI related bugs or wishing Blissfully interacted with 3rd party systems for provisioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 audit trail and vendor workflow management has been great. Also watching our spend and not duplicating accounts.

Get an initial walkthrough there's lots of cool features
Simple, easy, and makes work so much nicer.
What do you like best about the product?
the most important thing to be is the easy on and off boarding process. I am able to organize and keep track of what applications new employees need provisioned for them as well as releasing licenses of employees no longer there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how much in the spend section I have to customize each and every application that we use (setting up owners and such) but this isnt a bad feature. Its just something to have to upkeep and manage a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im not really having any problems right now because the staff at Blissfully was able to resolve the issues I had and add the features I would like super fast.
Great product and always improving
What do you like best about the product?
The product is fantastic! Being able to find the apps that we didn't even know were out there is a fantastic feature, really keeps everyone honest with what they are using. Reporting on the financial data that it harvests from Quickbooks and emails really helps us to analyze what is in our environment and giving us the ability to strategically decide if it is a a needed application. Being able to visually see budgets as allocated by Cost Center, Department, & Team makes it easier to analyze to see what departments are spending the most and then we can strategize on how to bring those costs down.
The different workflow that are available help us to keep track of all of the different projects we have going on, the on/off boarding especially since it will allow for us to easily audit a user. For onboarding this will help the new hire have an easier experience and for offboarding it is knowing that everyone has done their part to ensure that the user has been completely turned off from the environment and can't access any data.

The product is great and at the moment nothing to dislike.

SaaS realization, budget tracking, insights into the apps, user realization, on/offboarding & vendor workflows (key for security audits).
