What do you like best about the product?
The support I get from the team and every member I have interacted with in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about. All is good with Vendr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There help us with the timely renewal, price negotiations and documents of our product licenses in use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to hand off a renewal and know that the SaaS Consultants will work diligently to obtain the best pricing and not give up previously agreed-upon terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification emails from the Vendr portal do not reference the supplier's name, so we don't know what engagement the communication is for without clicking the link to go into the Vendr portal. I would like to see the supplier's name in the subject line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vendr is freeing up time that so that i can focus on other value-added tasks. They also validate that the pricing we have negotiated in the past is competitive based on their experience with other clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Vendr has been very helpful in working with our Vendors and working on negotiating our renewals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Vendr portal is not as user friendly as we had hoped. It's hard to know what is pending and what the next steps are, but everything is a learning curve. We are hopeful to feel more comfortable as time goes on!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vendr is helping with our contract negotiations which takes a weight off of our business units to do the negotating.
Takes the admin off your plate
What do you like best about the product?
Not every organization is scaled to a size that requires a CLM, which means that managing renewals is a more manual process than we want to admit. Vendr takes care of the behind-the-scenes admin requirements, and lets you focus on growing the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vendr will only handle purchases of a certain size, that's helpful but also leaves out a number of critical renewals and CC purchases that need to be tracked manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vendr is a handy place to keep all of our SaaS contracts in one place, while managing the renewals for everything. Added bonus is negotiating better pricing and keeping the spend on the tech stack down.
Vendr's Procurement-as-a-Service Frees Up Resources
What do you like best about the product?
Vendr provides us with an entire team of buyers, procurement specialists, and account managers. They manage the entire procurement process for us, and keep our internal stakeholders accountable to their vendor relationships, renewals, and budgets. We don't have to spend resources on FTE for procurement. New "workflows" promises to add even more efficiency to the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vendr is working on making its savings calculation methodology more transparent and easier to understand. It's getting better all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing SaaS sales experts to be your advocate on the buyer side enables us to maintain a lean operations team. We can focus on what's important because we don't have to worry about renewing our tools and getting the best price.
Vendr streamlined our SaaS procurement process
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Vendr has simplified our procurement process. The service its team offers is invaluable because I can have them negotiate the contracts on my behalf. It's also great to have all our platforms in one unified location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some dislikes in the past regarding the self-service part of the process and their old portal, but I'm much happier with the new upgrades introduced recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's primarily solving the procurement process and the complexity of managing vendor relationships. Having a unified platform for tracking all SaaS platforms the organization uses is also one of the significant benefits.

The team is engaging and deeply helpful, from sales to onboarding to account management to deal negotiators to technical support.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is some initial setup, but this is primarily a "how clean is your import data" issue rather than any fault of the product/service itself. If your SaaS vendor data (next renewal date, cost, owners, etc.) is not perfectly clean or complete, the Vendr app also helps with that. It is more approachable than a random spreadsheet and supports attachments like actual contracts.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vendr is getting us incredibly organized, pulling teams together (decision makers, software purchasers), and helping us to make much better decisions on renewals and on new products.

What do you like best about the product?
Vendr has helped us negotiate many contracts, which, due to time and workload constraints, we would not have been able to negotiate as successfully ourselves. We've saved countless hours of back and forth, as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars in discounts. The team is wonderful to deal with and has really helped us shoulder the burden of software purchasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't downsides to Vendr that I can think of. They are constantly working on improving their product, and I find that they've addressed any historical problems I've had with the software (ie: deal profiles not having a space to save contracts on the website).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vendr has solved our problem of the centralization of all our larger SaaS spend and helped us negotiate the best price for all new purchases and renewals.
SaaS Purchasing Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Vendr is that they have insights into what fair market value is for SaaS, eliminating the mystery around pricing when we make a purchase. This data, combined with Vendr doing the negotiations on behalf of my company, allows us to get the best pricing while allocating our procurement resources to other deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Vendr is that the data is limited to SaaS, it would be so amazing if there was data like this for every category that my team sources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vendr solves two problems for me; the first is providing pricing data on SaaS, and the second is handling the negotiations on our behalf. This benefits us by giving us peace of mind that we are getting great deals on SaaS and provides the procurement team with bandwidth relief to work on additional deals.

What do you like best about the product?
Vendr has returned time and energy to our employees hired to sell, market, and develop our products and services. It saves our employees from researching, negotiating and buying solutions to help them do what they need to do. Vendr has internal knowledge of the best prices we can get for our SaaS purchases, do all of the negotiating and manage the internal compliance like legal, security and budget approval, to complete these purchases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Vendr can help with other purchases outside of SaaS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use a variety of SaaS products to help our organization. From Salesforce to Netsuite to various Marketing and Engineering SaaS solutions, our employees were left to find services and negotiate independently without knowing what the market pricing calls for. Vendr has the inside track on how much these solutions are worth and helps us determine a fair price. They also help navigate our internal compliance for contract, budget and security approvals and keep track of all of these contracts when it comes to renewals. This lets our employees do what they were hired to do, leaving this work for Vendr to handle.
