What do you like best about the product?
We save time & money by using Vendr's buying team. Their added SaaS management tools make their services even more valuable to our lean team. Manage purchases, contracts & renewals in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see no downside to using Vendr. Their team is an extension of our own team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vendr streamlines our SaaS purchasing & renewal, using a consistent process. I'm not an expert on pricing for each the 150+ applications our company has in our SaaS stack, Vendr ensures the best pricing is negotiated.

Powerful SaaS repository and management tool + SaaS Procurement
What do you like best about the product?
Providing fair price guidance and taking off the plate of Business Owners some admin tasks such as Security and Legal review
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform is undergoing many changes after the acquisition of Blissfully and causing some issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vendr is helping keeping the renewals under control and helping reducing the cost of SaaS
Vendr has been essential in building our org's vendor management and risk assessment program
What do you like best about the product?
It looks like great work and thought was put into building the Vendr platform since it was very easy to use and covers all the essentials. Vendr is also very receptive to customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Vendr does the essentials well and comprehensively they do not bring anything extra to the table that gives them an edge over competitors in the same space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising and managing our vendor management and risk valuation and management program.
Buyer as a Service with a 1000% R.O.I. and a great SaaS management platform
What do you like best about the product?
During our first year with Vendr we saved more than $300K on SaaS deals (new software purchases, upgrades and renewals), we saved a lot of time leveraging their support in compliance and legal review and as a free bonus we gor a great SaaS management platform for free thanks to their Blissfully acquisition
What do you dislike about the product?
Vendr 2.0, the merge of the Vendr and Blissfully platforms has partially disrupted some of our reports and processes, we know Vendr is working to fix most of the issues and we hope they'll provide new useful features in the coming quarters
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to their experience in negotiating SaaS deals, we can be assured that we get fair pricing from our 200+ SaaS suppliers. We learned lots of negotiation techniques and we better understood the pricing models of our SaaS tools.
Vendr helps saving money, time and improves internal processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboard and interface a lot. The fact that it manages all your renewals is great and then you can choose how involved they should be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding took some time, wish I had automated quotes and benchmarks

The whole process of renewing SaaS is streamlined and you do not have to handle these negotiations yourself. Both a huge cost & time saving.

What do you dislike about the product?
They are still developing their latest version of the product. Couldn't take advantage of the full potential of Vendr 2.0 yet. It would be nice to have monthly automated customized reports.

Vendr has helped us to save money and time, and get the best possible deals when purchasing software. They also made our software purchase process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Great tool to build confidence in your SaaS spending
What do you like best about the product?
Vendr helps me to be confident I'm getting the optimal value for the right price when purchasing SaaS and is working as an extension of our finance team. They can negotiate the deal on your behalf, provide background support, help collect necessary approvals, or coordinate security reviews. Recently they added a powerful functionality of SaaS spend tracking that allows you to be on top of everything your employees purchase and track transactions, contracts, and usage of the cloud products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vendr buyers and procurement teams will tend to work within their platform, so getting them to your systems (e.g., to perform security review) can be tricky as it is not scalable

What do you like best about the product?
Going into negoitiations either armed with data (i.e. their background support) or having expert buyers negotiate on our behalf has unlocked real benefit
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say anything in particular as the service has exceeded our very high expectations

Vendr solves the problem of a scaling business which has no dedicated or specialised SaaS procurement department by arming you with data or expert buyers

What do you like best about the product?
Vendrfunctions as an outsourced procurement function, taking over not only contract negotiations (which many business owners are not comfortable with) but also delivering valuable insights and analysis through their ever-expanding platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is, at heart, a service that relies on people, individual buyers we work with change frequently, and not all review the requirements we defined for our deals. Active oversight on deals run by new buyers is recommended. As new features have bee added to the platform, it can be challenging to keep up with how to best find information I need; I find mysel reaching out to my account rep more than I feel I should need to.

Vendr takes over the procurement process's two most time-consuming elements: negotiation and tracking. Even if I have to jump in and address issues at times, I know there is a single place I can go to see the status and where company input is needed.
2) Savings. Vendr's buyers know the software space and benefit from being repeat players with many vendors. They drive significantly better overall price outcomes than we would achieve with the individual business owners throughout our organization handling the price discussions did.
3) Tracking and compliance. The purchase process can be customized for your business' internal and external compliance needs. Vendr obtains necessary consents and logs them in the platform.
