I think the Vendr 2.0 platform can include additional functionalities, including contract management and usage analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Significant improvements in the negotiation process with market insights and a reduction in our employees' time spent on renewals.

Blissfully is a platform and one solution for vendor management and saas plaform
Great Potential, but not yet "Bliss"
What do you like best about the product?
Blissfully offers multiple functions in one application. It's great to have HR, IT, and Finance all in one place and near-seamless workflow integration. I haven't found another SaaS platform that does everything Blissfully does at their price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few weird bugs and missing features that cause efficiency issues. For example, clicking into an Application to view its information (Blissfully calls them "vendors") while on page 3 and then clicking the back button brings you back to the first page every time. This is the same for viewing individual workflows, devices, etc. Occasionally a task isn't assigned during On or Off-boarding resulting in missed deprovisioning tasks. That said, Blissfully's Support is outstanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a fully-remote company, Blissfully's workflows are a great asset, especially when it comes to ones that involve people/teams across multiple departments. For example, IT, HR, and Finance can easily manage equipment collection, final paychecks, and expense reimbursements during Offboarding.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall, Blissfully is a great product with a lot of potential now that they've been acquired by Vendr.

What do you like best about the product?
I understand the value on paper of outsourcing vendor management for companies that license a lot of technology. Having an intermediary to manage vendor agreements takes work off the business users, saving energy, but also contributes to some of the less ideal experiences we've had.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've found that Vendr can often complicate what would otherwise be a simple and straightforward contract process. This has caused relationship friction between customer and software vendor. Games of telephone between customer and their vendors, not fully understanding vendor contract models, fabricating customer situations, etc. Contract negotiations that had previously taken days have been needlessly drawn out and caused contract deadlines to be missed.

Third-party vendor management.

What do you like best about the product?
Dedicated account team that is knowledgeable and always responsive. We've also had great success in not only achieving measurable savings in our overall SaaS spend, but using Vendr's platform and team of buyers has allowed us to organize and streamline our procurement function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Any issues we've had and communicated to Vendr are resolved quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Vendr's value proposition is clear - saving you money. However, the time saved and the reduction of administrative effort are priceless! Vendr has quickly become an integral partner for our procurement department!

If we had partnered up with Vendr even earlier, I am sure that the savings would be even more impressive! However, we are excited to see what Vendr holds in store for us in the future!

Together with Vendr we have optimized our buying operations and uncovered many deficiencies in the process. Additionally, we have freed up many resources for employees involved in these activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I strongly recommend Vendr. Today they help us to negotiate software proactively, fast and bringing good savings. I don't need to worry about them, because I know that in the end, the result will be very positive.

The work as a whole is of high quality, nothing to complain about. Nevertheless, I miss a monthly report.

We have a large volume of contracts for a lean procurement team. Besides, we count on their expertise in negotiating software to help us.
All the benefits of new software, none of the hassle
What do you like best about the product?
Vendr takes all the hassle out of SaaS buying, seriously! From monitoring our tech stack to getting the best price on renewals, they do it all!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. They communicate with our team the way we like to communicate (Slack) and are always available to answer questions or roll up their sleeves!

Easy to create & track tickets
What do you like best about the product?
My company uses Blissfully for IT service requests. It's simple and easy to create tickets and the UI is clean. The Dashboard shows My Devices and My Tickets so tracking is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike so far. I have only used it on my laptop so I can't say much about the mobile experience.

We use Blissfully to track devices, software applications and IT service requests.
