Stellar Team! Easy interface!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it is to navigate Blissfully! It's so easy for me to find what I need, and everything looks sleek and organized. The team is always quick to respond to questions and made setup and maintenance so easy for me and my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more integrations for the workflows, but I'm hopeful that it's in the pipeline for the near future, so I'm eagerly awaiting that functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blissfully is helping us see who is using their work email for the systems that we have invited them to and who is still in systems with the personal email. It also allows us to break down our company SAAS expenses by department, and even get more granular by teams within those departments. It's really helped to get a visual of monthly expenses by department/team over the past x months in a simple, colorful graph.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely try this out on the trial to get a feel for things and don't be afraid to ask ALL the questions. I am constantly asking questions to make sure that we are getting the full range of use of the system and it has been a great experience. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and patient. Make sure you are getting everything this system has to offer - it's worth it!

One of the best applications Ive used in a long time
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to impanelment and creating workflows for our on boarding process works so well. I couldn't image using another tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could send a report of applications that are alike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of tracking spending and now we can keep track of what department is spending what. I now know how much each user spends a month, and vendor on boarding is flawless.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a easy way to implement a saas management program, please look no further. I love this app.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is intuitive and gives us insightful information at a glance; App spend, pending tasks, and workflows are all there. The workflow automation for onboarding/offboarding encourages cross-team collaboration for managing app access. Tracking app spend is a breeze and helps wrangle-in shadow IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm hoping for additional automation during offboarding, but that might actually be possible via webhooks. Could be a lack of knowledge on my end at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can now easily track IT spend, cut-down on duplicate apps, automate offboarding and have records for compliance, and ultimately save ourselves (Admins) some time! Blissfully has been an exceptional product, not only for IT, but for involving other business leaders in important decision making. We love having data to back our decisions!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely look at Blissfully if you're looking to get some control over you SaaS stack and reduce costs.
Great Saas Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Blissfully has really helped us to better understand our users, the apps they use, and to streamline how we provision/de-provision our apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to add more features to the onboarding process.
E.g. when you create a gsuite user, to allow more options to be filled out, like Title, Manager, Cost Center, and secondary email.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamline how we manage our apps, and have more visibility on our users and subscriptions.

What do you like best about the product?
Line by line expense reporting. Responsive team that is available for questions and product ideas. Identification of software no longer being used or not optimized properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there are very few things. Customers who send secured invoices via email are tricky to track but that's not Blissfully's fault
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The manual, jenky spreadsheets I have used over time to periodically review expenses, renewal dates, business owners and compliance have been totally replaced by real time software.
Great product for internal and external audits!
What do you like best about the product?
Both the product and the responsiveness of the team! Blissfully syncs our data automatically and makes risk and spend reviews really easy. The couple of times i had a question, their support team jumped right on it and got it sorted in minutes!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reports are a little hard to find if you haven't opened the app in a couple of weeks. Other than that no complaints!

What do you like best about the product?
Blissfully is a fantastic tool for gaining insight into the wide array of tools and SaaS apps in play at our company. It goes beyond merely providing much needed intelligence by supporting common workflows including on/off boarding and vendor management. From a compliance and risk assessment perspective we're thrilled by how much Blissfully helps simplify evidence gathering during periodic audits of our business operations. It's a must-have!
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflow tasks can only be assigned to specific people or pre-determined roles like "IT Lead" and "Team Lead". It would map better to our business needs if there was flexibility to assign to custom groups/teams. This would allow us to increase the bus factor on tasks that entire teams are responsible for and align better to how we execute these workflows in practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Blissfully to gain visibility into the software and services our employees use. Managing spend and licensing costs is much easier thanks to Blissfully. We also track user onboarding and offboarding within Blissfully and benefit from the structured workflows offered. Blissfully also plays a large role in evidence gathering anytime we undergo SOC2, ISO27001, and other third-party audits of our company's control environment.
Best on boarding software on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing Blissfully we were able to fully track our on and off-boarding processes with an audit trail and approval workflow meaning we were compliant with ISO2701 and therefore, achieved our certification
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that Blissfully is missing is a connection with Dropbox to go one layer further to get approval for specific holder access during the onboarding process

What do you like best about the product?
Blissfully not only helps us gain insight and manage our SaaS spend, it aids in streamlining and securing our onboarding & offboarding processes while giving us piece of mind that we have properly terminated all accounts for departing employees as a small business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial lift to get Blissfully up and running smoothly in an automated fashion can be daunting if things are in disarray to begin with.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very user friendly, I like the UI and design. Very easy to set up, a bit time consuming at the beginning, but once set up, it's a matter of clicking a few buttons and you're done (for onboarding/offboarding). It has so many interesting/useful features which I haven't gotten around to trying out yet, but I'm eager to start using them.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features that I think can be improved. That being said, their support team is amazing. I am very pleased and impressed with the level of commitment and responsiveness I've received from them. Those guys (Aaron & Sunny) are simply awesome - they are always ready/willing to help (even during late night hours!). I can't think of another company that I've dealt with that is this helpful and friendly.

It has made our onboarding/offboarding process more seamless. In addition to that, it gives us a holistic view of all our apps and licenses in one platform.
