As a user of TASKE Contact for Amazon Connect, I’ve been impressed with how easy it is to pull detailed reports and track performance across our contact center. The real-time analytics let me monitor call volumes, agent activity, and customer interactions all in one place, helping us make data-driven decisions. Customizable views allow me to focus on the metrics that matter most to our team, and the integration with Amazon Connect makes the whole process seamless. Overall, TASKE has made tracking and improving our contact center performance much simpler and more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and customizable. It allows me to monitor my teams. It's desktop plugins also gives the agents visibility one click away
What do you dislike about the product?
Great! Nothing to dislike so far, great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day call center monitoring and reporting for workforce management.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us in the phone queue to keep track of each other (I. E. time in queue and away on breaks) to provide seamless customer care.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very buggy. Often it shuts down in the morning, for unscheduled maintenence. It's most inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As noted above, it helps our large employee pool an opportunity to keep an eye on coverage, so that every customer needing assistance can get it in a timely manner, without needing to wait.

you can view live call activities - for example, you can see how many agents are currently busy/idle, and how many calls are abandoned etc.

It's difficult to download data and verify the accuracy of the data

Used it to analyze call center activities and you can use it to get a general idea of the trends
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for digging deep into your call center data, you may want to consider other alternatives. Taske is not a satisfying tool for businesses like transparency. However, if you have a strong IT team who can manage the set-ups and can efficiently make changes, this tool can be helpful.
