What do you like best about the product?
Here are the product advantages:
1. License is very cheap.
2. Easy to setup and use.
3. Support many firewall vendors such as Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortigate, etc

Here are the product advantages:
1. Product guideline or document is not clear and detailed.
2. Performance is quite slow. Sometimes it could take a long time to load the administrator page.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product helps me with 2 key points:
1. Review our Fortigate firewall rules to ensure that they are configured following the best practices and in a secure manner.
2. Review abnormal activities from our firewall logs to identify security risks and resolve them immediately.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good product if your IT security budget is not high, because the product is cheap with useful features which could help you comply with international standards. In addition, its features also helps you to identify security risks in your firewall rules configuration. But it is suitable if your firewall rules are not too quite complex and for a medium-size organization.

What do you like best about the product?
After the setup, I now receive a daily report showing exactly the traffic from the logs that I need to see without any extra steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of menus within the software which can be a little daunting out of the box to try to dive right into and set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was extremely difficult to read through our Cisco ASA firewall logs within the firewall itself and ManageEngine Analyzer was able to produce those logs legibly.

There is a true confidence in the product and that it keeps what needs to stay out out. Keeping tour valuable information safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish the price was a little less expensive.

It makes the process of keeping your system and information safe super simple and streamlined.
