Simply great!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, cross-platform functionality, design...
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing... I really can´t say anything bad about 1Password ;-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just store all my passwords with 1Password...
A great “little black book”. Works like a charm!
What do you like best about the product?
Takes care of pretty much all of my passwords, far better than any human can! Have been using 1PW since version 3.x, and it has grown up rather well. Also use it for secure notes and other details, plus items that I want synced across my devices (we are living in the digital age, after all!) On my iOS and Mac devices, the browser integration works great — and so too does the Touch ID / Face ID authentication methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike about 1Password (personal wish lists don’t count here, obviously). In my opinion, the app/service is the best in its category/class! However, while 1PW addresses the needs of all users, it may seem — and feel — a little complicated to set up and to use (I’ve had a few people tell me this after my recommendations to them, and I see where they’re coming from). It would be nice if a “simple mode” be available for those who just wants a place to store all their passwords, and not have to deal with types of data, specific password quality settings, etc (like a “wizard” mode, but for creating logins!)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’ve sampled the 1Password for Teams service previously, and besides all the native functionality of 1Password, being able to administer accounts and deploy passwords, whether common or specific, is certainly much easier — and way more practical — than in a scenario where attending to individual users becomes a requirement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
1Password is a solid product for individuals, families and business users, and I absolutely trust the product and how they’ve chosen to implement the product, for both the app/software and the online service (at 1password-dot-com). Most importantly, the support resources (knowledgeable and forums) are more than adequate, and response times to questions are excellent (besides their own team, other 1PW users chip in on helping out others in need!)
Take my money!
What do you like best about the product?
Simple. MASSIVE time saver. I always have the little details I need most right at my finger tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent browser updates break the link to the 1Password extension. Not a big deal but the only negative I could think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1PW makes it easy to carry private data in a number of places. The amount of time and hassle this app has saved me is immeasurable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have limited experience with other managers but this ones capacity has always surpassed my needs.
Fantastic quality, Must-use daily
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a paying user of 1Password for five years, for both work and personal (separately). It's seamless, and helps me stay organized not just for password saving and generation but for secure autofilling and saving notes on the exact wording on security questions, saving copies in a secure file of key documents and licenses, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apple complicates use on iOS by adding steps. Sometimes hiccups on some sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converted our teams to using it. More security, less confusion.
1Password knows more about me than me and I'm okay with it.
What do you like best about the product?
Love that it's available on my web browser, phone, tablet. Whenever I need to retrieve a password, it's there and ready. I've never needed to question it's security model. There are never any "patches" that so many products have for security bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I tried it on a windows machine once. I wasn't crazy about the interface. Far different from the Mac version. Not sure if they've been synced since then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like so many people, just the fact that it holds all of my passwords from hundreds of sites and I only need to know....well, one password. Not many products out there are as fundamentally important to one's daily life on the internet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I use it on the Mac, my iP.hone and iPad. It ties together beautifully. You create or update a password on one device and it's immediately available on your other devices
Love 1Password
What do you like best about the product?
All of my passwords are now random letters and numbers, and logging into accounts is easy. Best of both worlds!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, as the platform develops having more 1Password shortcuts in apps will be a bonus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security on all my accounts with ease.
An indispensible app
What do you like best about the product?
Totally reliable and so easy to use. Easily syncs across devices. Well integrated into iOS. I've been using iut for so many years I forget when I started using it. I wouldn't consider an alternative.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I truly cannot think of anything in this category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The security of using a different strong password for every site and the ease of changing that password. Also it is a very useful secure repository for information like bank account details that travels with me wherever I go.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I wouldn't be without 1Password.
1Password is a load off my mind
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way 1Password integrates into my workflows, and my expectations for seamless syncing between devices are well met.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll let others offer growth opportunities for 1Password. I can't think of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I appreciate are ease and convenience of operation, and the security of my information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Passwords, accounts, logins, financial information: it's too much to keep track of safely using paper. Now I can have really impossible passwords for every purpose, and 1Password works seamlessly on my devices. Updates are frequent enough to let me know AgileBits is still developing and growing the product. I remember how I used to handle passwords, and I'll never go back!
Best User-Interface of any software I've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
Everything about this software is perfect. The user interface is intuitive and keeps the number of clicks needed to an absolute minimum.
Every time I think of a new desired feature they seem to anticipate my needs and come up with an update before I get around to writing to them.
It's literally the best software I've ever used. I've been using software since 1980, and I'm very picky about user-interface design.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to using 1Password is that it is so well thought through that it makes me impatient with the all other software I'm using for other things. Why couldn't they be as thoughtful as 1Password?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a mental healthcare provider and own my own small group practice. There are literally hundreds of passwords that I need to track for insurance companies and medically HIPAA compliant business associates.
I simply could not do my work without 1Password.
I simply could not do my work without 1Password.
Such a great product
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use and security are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to say. I use it every day on both windows and mac and ios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to not have to remember every single password as I go from website to website. It's also great to be able to have throw away passwords for websites that I won't frequent.
