Difficult to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is not easy to use. It is not easy to implement. It is not easy to integate. I want Google Password Manager back - that works - every time - no fiddling - just works, unlike 1Password
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have endless time to fiddle with this program, then buy it. But if you just want the passwords filled in, this isn't for you. It endlessly closes while the browser is open. I need to enter the "secret" key at least 10 times per day. It's so bad that I keep a notepad open on my desktop with the password for 1Password and the "secret" key.

It's creating problems.

What do you like best about the product?
My passwords secured with 1password. We saved all our password inside. It is easy to use and user friendly interface. I don't need write and remind passwords again and again, 1password is enough for all your work. Customer support is very effective and gives fast solution. We are using daily in my company. 1password imlementation is very easy with other programs. 1password logs every change about password and we are seeing who did it. This is great for us. Thank you 1password team!
What do you dislike about the product?
1) Sometimes doesn't work in websites
2) Sometimes i cannot find what i search but i can find manually. It may be search bar bug.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1password solves forgetting passwords. I always trust 1password. It is a lifesaver for our company. We should stay secure about our passwords and 1password doing it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use 1 Password as a password manager for the whole organisation
Password in vaults are mostly shared with devs, devops, qa and support
Each user can have his/her own private vault
Passwords are sometimes restricted to a specific user or vault
Secure notes are created and shared using 1passwords

What do you like best about the product?
Great program--when it works. But if you have a problem, forget trying to get support from a human.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used 1Password for several years, and it always worked great. But for some reason the program stopped syncing from my desktop to my phone. I was unable to resolve the issue using their support site. Then, for no apparent reason, the master password I had used daily for months would no longer open the program on my desktop. I tried multiple times to communicate with the 1Password support site to no avail. All you get is a boilerplate answer from a bot. I just dont trust this program anymore. Use at your own risk.

1Password is not solving anything for me and is not benefiting me at all.
An awesome password management program with many other security features.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using 1Password for some time and the greatest thing about it is that it makes password management easy. It’s cheap and saves you loads of time.” My passwords are all in a secure locker that syncs with my devices and is a lifesaver when I’m switching between my personal and work to-do lists. In fact I find it comforting that I can share passwords with my team so that everyone is up to speed. I shall highly recommend it to my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
But the UI is sometimes a touch fiddly, and juggling several vaults could be clearer. The search feature is powerful but not always automagically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A solution to the password chaos and security concern is 1Password. This is really advantageous because it not only saves one time, but also increases security. This allows for synchronized passwords across devices and easy sharing between colleagues, which help to organize my workflow and protect my identity when it comes to sensitive information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

A great option for storing private data and keeping your digital life secure and organized.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that It allows me to store and manage not only passwords (although it does that very well) but also other sensitive data such as API keys, DB credentials, as well as secure notes and recovery phrases. All of which Im able to access using a single master password, biometric authentication or a physical usb storage key. Its a super convenient way to store private information. Anouther feature I enjoy using is the CLI plugins. These allow you to work with things like SSH keys, git credentials and ENV variables stored in the app, directly in the terminal.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is sometimes the app doesn't recognize certain website login fields automatically, so I have to manually add them. It's a minor inconvenience, but nothing too bothersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer struggle to remember countless complex passwords, and I've let go of the nagging fear of a security breach. It's not just about passwords, though. It's a great tool for managing all sensitive data in a digital project.

What do you like best about the product?
It has apps/extensions for all common platforms/browsers. Has good security features. Supports YubiKeys and biometric unlock.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks extremely basic business/enterprise features. For example, the Watchtower functionality that is supposed to scan for weak and reused passwords simply does not work at an org level; it can't scan user's private vaults. So as an IT admin, one must ask every single employee to manually review the Watchtower reports themselves. Like that's going to happen. Either that, or ask everyone to put all their passwords into shared vaults, which then allows admins to view all of them (a potential security risk) and also increases the risk of the user sharing the vault with someone else accidentally.
There's also no way to disable the "security key" feature, which is confusing to users and is not necessary in an organization that already uses hardware security keys, such as YubiKeys.
