As a marketing and comms coordinator, Vonage APIs provided the versatility that I was looking for.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the scalability of the APIs allows for consistent performance, whether handling small-scale or large-scale campaigns or notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure of pricing is a bit complicated, which makes it difficult to predict usage patterns.

With capabilities such as SMS, voice calls, and two-factor authentication, we are able to engage with our customers more effectively

What do you like best about the product?
The Vonage API has an extended features to manage SMS, Voice Calls using the API provided by Vonage API. The API always has a quick delivery response & transition routes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Vonage dashboard looks clumsy and it always makes me feel difficult about integrating the API. It can be much easy & the User Experience should be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a Developer, I have loved the set-up documentation of this platform and the pricing is affordable. The welcome balance credit they gift us is good. Simple and helping the business requirement with SMS verification using this API is great.

The documentation is very easy for our developers to understand and integrate within our platform. When we have questions or need assistance, we are able to get direct support.

When it comes to support tickets, due to the way we are structured, sometimes it can route to the wrong team.

It is allowing us to easily provision numbers for our client base and provide our users with exceptional transactional/marketing SMS marketing.

We are very happy users of Vonage (Nexmo)'s SIP Trunking product. The service has splendid availability and a great CS team backing it.

We wish the product did more analytics. Vonage is working on something for this, and I can't wait to start on the beta.

We need a reliable telephony provider. Reliability is key for us business, and Vonage's SIP Trunking has held up very well as we have grown the last few years.
