What do you like best about the product?
G2 marketing solutions is easy to navigate and provides an easy way to source reviews from our customers. There are lots of options to integrate reviews and data into our marketing campaigns, which provides vital social proof for decision makers looking for new software. The fact that all data and reviews are from real customers strengthens brand trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know of any downsides to comment on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us see what people are thinking about us and our competitors. It also provides an easy way for us to collect reviews and quotes that we can use on our website to strengthen social proof.

What do you like best about the product?
Great visibility into comparison data, as well as data around companies that visit your G2 profile and then your website (or vice versa). The seasonal badges are also great to leverage on your website, landing pages, emails, or ads. Last, but definitely not least, the customer success team has also been super helpful and responsive. It's been a pleasure working with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's quite expensive to level up to get access to all the data and integrations with other platforms and tools. Would be more open to considering upleveling if the pricing was more reasonable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into comparisons, profile views, and traffic that's visited our website and then our G2 profile (or vice versa).

Provides users with practical and actionable recommendations for their particular use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could offer more predictive analysis tools and ability for users to connect 1st party data with advertising platform data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to better understand what target personas are actually in the market for currently.
Great team and great data
What do you like best about the product?
I like how helpful our Account Manager is. I also like the self-serve nature of the G2 Dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know that it is not possible but I with that the intent data included the person's individual email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just bought the Intent package. We are enjoying this new flow of leads into our pipeline.
A must-have in today's intent marketing and ABM powered world.
What do you like best about the product?
From a SaaS company perspective, I love the Buyer Intent capabilities from the G2 Marketing Solutions. So many people use G2 to vet their SaaS tech stack buying decisions that having intent data from G2 is a no-brainer. Everything is easy to use, and I appreciate the new integrations that allow us to implement G2's data into Marketo. This information that G2 feeds into our system is something we use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for G2 Marketing Solutions can get a little pricey. It may not be the right fit for every company. Sometimes I also wish there was a human from G2 customer support I could talk to 24/7 for questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily have been using G2 marketing solutions to manage reviews of our SaaS company, but we have begun diving deeper into the Buyer Intent data that it provides, as we move towards an account-based marketing strategy. G2 gives us the buyer intent signals we need to help qualify our leads.
G2 is great for building trust
What do you like best about the product?
Easy review collection and badges, support is willing to hop on a call to optmize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is quite steep for tech startups, but looking forward to launchpad. Review decay ranking can be a tough motivator for a startup and it can be hard for a startup to get a high number of reviews compared to the big fish out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a credible source for reviews
Great way to gauge our customer satisfaction and showcase their experiences to potential buyers
What do you like best about the product?
I like the quarterly reports that can help us get an idea of where we stand against competitors, and I also like that we are able to leverage the accompanying badges on our site to help validate our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times can be a lot to digest, but our G2 customer rep is always very responsive and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've switched back and forth between a few different NPS solutions, so there have been times where we don't have many touchpoints with our customers to gauge their satisfaction and where we could improve our product. G2 helps as a neutral 3rd party provider so that we can get real feedback from customers.
G2 Marketing Solutions gives you the inside track
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful thing and unique thing we've seen is live, in-market buyer intent data. Knowing the audience you are connecting with is actively reviewing software like ours is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost to engage with G2 Marketing is very high for a POC project for our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Other tools providing intent data that is vague or out-of-date leaves us chasing leads that aren't interested or who have had their needs met already. By providing realtime data, G2 Marketing means we can be sure that we are reaching out to the right person at the right time.

The previous point is still the same and things are the same.

By using this tool, I am able to clarify my value proposition, align my marketing and sales efforts, and apply data-driven strategies to optimize customer acquisition.

What I dislike about G2 Marketing Solutions is that the categories are becoming over crowded with solutions that are not a true fit for the categoty.

G2 is helping to get our brand in front of prospects while they are looking for solutions.
