An all round great tool
What do you like best about the product?
G2 Marketing Solutions offers an extensive suite of tools, including campaign tracking, lead management, and analytics. The platform caters to both small businesses and enterprises, making it versatile and scalable, The reporting tools are detailed yet easy to interpret, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
While basic functionalities are easy to grasp, mastering more advanced tools can take some time without additional training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us finetune our outreach to companies who are showing intent in our products category.
Customer evidence made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Our Customer Success Manager is amazing—super helpful and easy to work with. I also love how simple it is to set up incentivized review campaigns. It’s such a great way to connect with our audience, get their feedback, and build social proof. It was really a breeze to get started and I login on a near daily basis to respond to reviews of manage the back end of our profile. I also love that there is an integration with Pendo
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could edit the emails that go out as part of the campaigns. The preset language works, but it would be nice to have the option to customize it so it feels more like our brand
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us collect customer reviews in a way that’s easy and effective. The reviews not only give us great feedback but also help us show others how our product makes a difference. It’s been a great tool for building trust and connecting with potential customers.
Intent data helps if used the right way!

For us it's just figuring out the right flow for intent data.

More templates and training on action items

What do you like best about the product?
This is an important awareness channel for us as we know G2 reviews often rise to the top of SERPs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very hard to get enough reviews to rise in the rankings and new review acquisition must be constant in order to do so. I'm not totally clear on what value I'm getting for my annual fee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps raise awareness of our product and collect honest, shareable reviews from our customers.

At times the criteria of ranking and parameters aren't absolutely clear

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support and constant innovation. G2 has done a great job at continuous innovation and providing advertisers with new ways of creating an authentic brand to reach new prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although G2 offers a wide range of high-quality solutions, each comes at a premium. A basic annual package is a great starting point and offers value, but accessing more in-depth data comes at an additional cost which might not suit all budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 allows us to reach out to current customers to receive real-time feedback and to give prospective customers a genuine feel for our product and service.
Great way get our customer's voice out there, whilst competing with top brands
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great platform to showcase our brand, receive authentic reviews from customers, and also achieve badges etc that add to our social selling and credibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface is not always the easiest. Currently unsure of who our rep is after so many changes. Customer support is not always the easiest to navigate and can have a slower response time that guaranteed (more like 72hours rather than 24)

Get's customer voice out on a third party platform that supports our credibility and awareness.
G2 Has Been Amazing For Our Brand Awareness Efforts
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. Easy to manage our product profiles, easy to collect reviews, and our rep helps us stay on top of everything. We get decent leads from G2 as well. All in all, it does what it needs to, and I think they are a strong vendor platform compared to their competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's too pricey for some other additional features. That's my only complaint. We used to pay a lot for those features, but didn't get anything from it so we scaled back and that works better for us. They may have made some improvements since then, but not sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us get in front of buyers when they are looking to buy the software we provide. We run a lot of competitor campaigns as well so it's crucial for us to make sure we show up where they are.

- Categorization is limited and therefore categories are dominated by big players

It helps unbiased feedback from customers which is good for product development and also our public image.

can't say much about it. Everything was so smooth. I feel I have the support whenever I need.
