They help you target the right customer and are helpful along the way.

They have a great UI and support team to help out.
Useful for lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
The admin dashboard had frequent helpful updates for review management among other features. Review collection is seamless with the new review campaign request feature. Our CSM was very helpful to guide us through the initial phase and help us succeed with our goals. The Slack integration was useful to keep an eye out on competitior reviews. In-app integration was easy to implement for collecting reviews from end users. We monitored all these activities on a monthly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
While we did they leads, their quality was inconsistent. As comapred to other channels, the activation rate and the LTV of for these leads was low. G2 abruptly changed the policy to define end users for our category and rejected all in-app reviews without prior intimation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More visibility for the product for buyers worlwide in a crowded market.
Great solution for driving tech product awareness and leads
What do you like best about the product?
We like the ability to create a highly tailored product profile page with links to reviews, content, and our web site. G2's high search rankings are also a huge benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see more options to run targeted paid advertising programs on G2.com.

Driving more awareness of our products and leads for our sales team.

G2 Helps us identify potential prospects for our outbound teams. We closed one of our biggest deals this year because of it
G2 is a great repository of reviews Marketing and Sales can leverage
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and repeatable way to collect reviews. It integrates perfectly with Hubspot or SFDC Account Engagement (like forms).
What do you dislike about the product?
Still hard to proof ROI in terms of MQLs, pipe or revenue.

It's a centraliced place to collect reviews!
Great tool, let down by customer support
What do you like best about the product?
$20 Amazon review campaign feature, badges and widgets for building brand trust, easy to edit profile features, slack integration so the whole company can see your new reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support can often need chasing. I find it very unhelpful that they close your tickets once they've responded or you if don't respond within 48 hours, and they don't get notified even if you respond within the same email chain. Also the communication and process for creating a new category is pretty poor (4+ months).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep our G2 profile updated as we know customers and prospects check it before purchasing. We also use it for gathering product feedback and for brand trust - using their assets on website etc.
A valuable partner
What do you like best about the product?
I find G2 Marketing Solutions straight-forward to use with a good range of integrations with platforms such as HubSpot and LinkedIn to share intent signals. Our Account Manager is responsive and provides a range of good suggestions, for example, to support reviews, and will answer any questions we may have promptly.

Not a downside, but to have access to the full suite doesn't come cheap

Excellent support, but room for improvement on the navigation to get the very best from the tool

The customer support has been great and overall had a good experience with the team in helping us get set up with G2 and making the most of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of areas that I think could be improved. The navigation isn’t always intuitive, and it can take some time to find the specific tools or data I’m looking for. Additionally, the pricing structure might be a challenge for smaller businesses or teams on tighter budgets, as costs can increase with advanced features or higher usage.

The main problem G2 Marketing Solution is helping us solve is building credibility for our brand by accumulating authentic customer reviews. We know G2 is a go to source for companies finding B2B tech solutions so we aim to leverage G2 as a source to drive more qualified leads.
Essential for affiliate marketing

G2 is a very common and well-known platform for collecting software information and reviews from users - it is well received by customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The functions are good all around, unfortunately the costs are very high.
