Great Platform, Helpful and Personable Team
What do you like best about the product?
G2 gives us a great place to collect and leverage customer reviews and testimonials in our marketing efforts. We are starting to use it more for intent data and this will be helpful for our BDR outreach. The G2 team has been extremely helpful since day one of implementation and is always helping us evolve our use of the platform and its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use G2 for collecting customer reviews, enhancing brand awareness, and improving our web traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
Our account manager is very responsive and great to work with. The UI is very easy to use and we check it often, if not every day. The integration was very simplisitic and we had no hiccups with the implementation, which as the GTM system admin for our org, was a huge plus! I really appreciate that buyers have a place to go to gain insights on not only our product offerrings but our competitors allowing businesses to make informed decisions on a vendor they so choose to select.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging when reviews don't make quality standards and are not published, it also can be challenging when we people post anonymously and the feedback is not in our favor OR is really good feedback as a product led growth company we'd love to speak with these folks in more depth and better understand the good, the bad and the ugly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting more visability to buyers so they can have a non biased toolset to gain insights on us as well as other vendors in the space.
Great Platform for Software Insights
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, admin platform is easy to selfe serve. Their account managment team has bean super helpful and engaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still much to improve in regards to the review approval process, as many are rejected without a real reason.
Their "AI detector" makes many mistakes.This makes it difficult to gather reviews from our customers.

Gathering unique and reliable customer reviews to enhance brand awareness and support customer acquisition efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and offers our customers a chance to leave a review with limited effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes users are not able to easily verify they are a user and they get frustrated with us. But we do not control that.

We can access comprehensive market insights and analytics to understand our results better. Plus, we have a dedicated team member who's available to answer most of our questions.

I would like to gain a deeper understanding of how the market reports are created, as well as the criteria and meaning behind each category.

G2 simplifies getting user feedback. This has helped a great deal from a content stand point, getting testimonials to use for case studies, on our website, etc.

Too many categories and some times the categories are too broad.

It's helping us in growing our market presense and giving us voice of customer to use across various marketing channels.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that G2 offers a wide variety of comprehensive tools in the dashboard: from reviews, campaign management, content, and more. It is essential for our organization to boost our brand awareness through Grid Reports and receive key insights from our customers via review pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The G2 team has been great to work with, however, due to their organizational change earlier this year, we no longer have a dedicated CSM to our account, which is something we miss greatly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Marketing Solutions helps our organization stand out from the crowd with peer reviews, which helps boost our Leader standing in their quarterly grid reports. This is a huge asset for our brand awareness, but also as part of our Voice of the Customer program, as we can get real-time feedback from customers on what they like (and dislike) about our solutions and create any necessary follow up or action items.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 Marketing Solutions helped us gather a lot of reviews from clients in a short period of time. The tools and support available allow us to easily launch review campaigns and the team is very responsive. What I like best is that the way G2 review campaigns are organized encourages our clients to leave more substantive reviews than they typically would on other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unless you're using all of the features regularly, it's a bit expensive. I find the most value in the enhanced profile and the incentivized review campaigns, and would prefer more support around that rather than additional features that we simply don't use.

G2 Marketing Solutions makes it easier to gather reviews from my clients becuase the process is managed by them but also often incentivized.

- recently it pushes numerous paid promotion options for vendors which makes the review ranking under the category less sense
- it demands too many internal resources to operate effectively, particularly the quarterly review campaigns, which can be quite frustrating for the team.

The intent data is gold. As a small business needing to grow fast in front of big players, we have to identify buyers with speed and efficiency to generate and close pipeline.
It also provides valuable social proof, allowing us to highlight customer quotes and easily search for feedback on specific topics we need. G2 helps us build credibility and trust.
