Essential partner for brand visibility

What do you like best about the product?
The product suite has the right set of features to channel customer feedback and then represent it in a manner that is relevant to prospects. This marketplace participation holds a mirror to our competitive positioning and proactively take initiatives to improve on it. The responsiveness of the team and the scorecards they bring are amazing when they come.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes perplexing to see how their prioritization of features does not necessarily follow the market penetration they have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is my partial iniative in a broader brand visibility improvement exercise. Some of the dynamic comparisons that G2 enables are nice to haves.

What do you like best about the product?
The g2 review is one of the best in industry. Easy to Navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be a better way to understand Market presence bit a more. Seems a little skewed towards bigger companies.

Best website to search for software with genuine reviews and a huge catalog

What do you like best about the product?
I like the number of different softwares I can checkout before making a decision. I like that the reviews are genuine and very detailed. G2 also has a lot of catgories which can help find the exact software to solve the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that some categories have software which don't really belong to that category. This can be very misleading at times since you are never sure if the software listed is actually solving the problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is solving visibilty and credibility. Which means that we are able to reach the target audience and also show why we are worth trying.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, and the fact that G2 provides credible reviews for softwares. Both branding and buyer intent on G2 are pretty awesome and the Hubspot integration and LinkedIn remarketing features definitely makes life easier from a GTM perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The review process in itself is tedious, however, to maintain credibilty, I understand it is neccessary to have a thorough review screening process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us and a lot of our clients undersand what businesses are evaluating us, looking at alternatives, looking at our product page,etc. These are key signals which show you second party intent from a very credible source like G2.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the support that I got, I also liked that they have thought about small businesses and the features they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that its so hard for our users to leave a review. Also, that we don't know identity of users who leave reviews in so many cases. it should be visible on backend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brand building. Product discovery. It benefits us by building our brand value.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is very easy to use, the support we get from Anoushka is timely and she provides us all the guidance and information we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access to reports and tools change from time to time and it's challenging at times to keep up with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the information from reviews in our marketing collaterals such as socials, emails etc and on our website

A must for every B2B product

What do you like best about the product?
It validates your B2B product in a way that makes it an essential part of the decision-making process for any B2B client. We have heard from our pipeline customers how they visited our page and if they want any feature they liked on there to be a part of their contract. So in my opinion, a B2B products' marketing and branding team must get their product claimed and registered on G2. The best part is, its easy to use and navigate for anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, they keep bringing new features and improving the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's adding to our product's marketing and branding efforts and is a great way for potential clients to know more about us through a trusted source.

What do you like best about the product?
I have made a use case for G2 in all my companies, and the best thing is that it justifies its ROI. G2 reviews and the matrix help us with branding. The incoming traffic and leads help us with Demand Generation. In almost all companies, I've had a customer close from a G2 lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
The starting price for a G2 bundled solution is pretty steep. You get a lot of internal pushback to delay this purchase. It would help to introduce discounted startup pricing for smaller companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a early stage startup, brand drives everything and G2 profile and reviews help create that brand. Having the solution helps to run review campaigns structurally. As you start seeing traffic with reviews, they start translating in to leads.

Ability to easily collect reviews and use them as social proof. Setting up review campaigns and tracking them is a breeze.

Changing the product title/name requires you to reach out to the support team as it is not supported from UI

While G2 is an excellent tool overall, there are some points of confusion regarding how badges are awarded and what specifically drives them. More transparency in this area would be beneficial. Additionally, despite offering incentives, it can be challenging to get customers to complete reviews—a hurdle that can limit the full potential of the platform’s benefits.
