Powerful marketing tool if leveraged correctly
What do you like best about the product?
You can see where you rank on specific aspects of your business, so even if you don't have as many reviews as your competitors, you can leverage those areas where you outperform your competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the review process requires some time and gmail addresses aren't allowed to review, it can be difficult to get reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us marketing resources and brand credibility.

What do you like best about the product?
The support we get from our dedicated CSM truly helps us get the most out of our package with G2.
What do you dislike about the product?
The algorithms for category ranking, and the complexity of the categories, make it tough to understand how to work toward earning specific accolades and badges without reading a lot of dense articles. Of course I understand that a certain amount of this exists to keep things unbiased and fair.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to capture real customer voice (credited and anonymous) in a trustworthy way. We were looking to ensure our market presence and value was reflected in a balanced way against our competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 has been great for increasing visibility and differentiating our software from competitors. The platform offers multiple methods for driving reviews and analytics for viewing rankings in the marketplace. The account reps and support team are very responsive and quick to offer tips and assistance for improving profiles and garnering new reviews. G2 also offers intergrations that give us a real time view of companies that are reviewing our G2 profile so we can identify and act on new opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience with G2 has been mostly positive. We had one instance where an unfair review was given and felt the appeal process was too restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is expanding our market visibility and notoriety, and helping us to position our products effectively against our competition.
Amazing Resource for Sales and Marketing Alignment
What do you like best about the product?
Working with our G2 team always helps us to align as a marketing team and further, a company. We are able to use the platform swiftly because of the in-depth training we recieve. In addition, the entire review process allows sales, maketing, and customers to stay connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reviews sometimes get disqualified when they shouldnt or take longer than ideal to be approved.

G2 allows us to demonstrate our expertise in our field, especially because we use it more than our competitors.

Very good customer support with robust inteligence concerning the marketing/demand features. Appreciate the intuitive nature of G2 supplemented by the support!

Wish we had location targeting options in PPC for segmentation

Allowing for Review PPC by giving us coverage in the auctions.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 Marketing Solutions has been super helpful for our team at Aviso. It’s great to have all the customer feedback and competitor insights in one place—it makes decision-making so much easier. The dashboards are clean and simple to use, and the integrations work seamlessly with the tools we already have. It really helps us stay on top of things without adding extra work.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, there isn’t anything significant that stands out as a dislike. The platform works well for our needs and provides valuable insights that help us drive our marketing efforts. While minor tweaks like more customizable reporting options or streamlined data navigation could be nice-to-haves, these aren’t deal-breakers. Overall, the experience has been positive.

G2 Marketing Solutions helps us at Aviso by providing authentic customer reviews and competitor analysis, which are crucial for refining our marketing strategies. It also aids in prospecting by giving us insights into potential customers’ preferences and pain points, allowing us to tailor our messaging and outreach more effectively. The platform saves us time by centralizing valuable information, making it easier to make data-driven decisions. Overall, it’s been instrumental in helping us better understand the market, align our efforts with customer needs, and identify new opportunities for growth.

What do you like best about the product?
G2 is the gold standard for peer reviews in B2B SaaS. The Admin platform is for the most part intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent changes to the algorithm that disrupt rankings, without change in your own strategy for review collection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us understand how our customers feel about the product, and provides us with a repository of social proof to highlight in marketing campaigns.
Great insights and customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
G2 helps us engage with buyers and gain insights on prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the SFDC integration to have more lift/ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is our primary tool for buyer intent and has been useful in letting us know when prospects are searching for a tool like ours.

What do you like best about the product?
It is priceless to know what our customers think of our product(s) and areas of opportunity. It is very powerful to know where our product compares to our competitors. It is a useful tool to promote the badges awarded every quarter to show where our products excel. The number of features G2 has available is very useful to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is that the system allows anonymous surveys and so there is no way to follow up with those customers on any areas of opportunity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expanding our potential customer pool.

What do you like best about the product?
For the marketing & sales team it's a game changer, for intent signals, market comparisons with competitors and of course being listed in our main categories for potential customers to find us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the extra marketing materials we didn't have to pay for, but that's life!

Getting intent data when prospects are looking at us and competitors. So we can target them at the right point in the sales cycle.
