Great for Intent Data!
What do you like best about the product?
Overall I think it is a great tool for our team, seeing how our customers interact with the product but also being able to use the intent data behind it has been great for opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say that I dislike. I think it is a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are benefiting from the intent data side of the house, being able to see who and which of our competitors has been great to see.
G2 Marketing Solutions gave us a starting point when we didn't have a plan.
What do you like best about the product?
Our incredibly knowledgeable and available account manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of accessibility for non-English speakers looking to leave reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing an easy to use, trustworthy, and well-rounded review platform where our potential customers can find us. Because of the way that they built their review system, even small companies have a fair chance to gain in the rankings.
Great experience and customer service!
What do you like best about the product?
Managing our listing and reviews is so much easier with G2 than other sites we use. One thing I have to brag on is the customer service. Anytime I need something or have a quick question my reps get back to me almost immediately. They are also always flexible with our meetings and hopping on calls to answer quick questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with SFDC for intent data wasn't as easy as we hoped. Somewhat user error, but still a bit more difficult user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in charge of reputation management within our team and the ease of collecting and generating review campaigns has been astronomically helpful, especially with the raise of AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ability to compare and contrast various software solutions and see real feedack from real users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't enjoy is that vendors are not required to provide pricing information, which would be helpful in initial evaluations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 gives insights on companies searching products my company provides as well as the "buyer intent" feature which is super helpful for me on the Client Success side of things.
There's a lot unknown about how grids and rankings are calculated
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to set up review campaigns to increase our reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability to determine who has previously given a review before so I can make sure they do not get asked again. Additionally, information on how rankings, scores, and grids are calculated are a big black box. Yes, I've read many help articles. This is so much of a black box that we are unsure if it's worth our investment or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have reviews in one location and easily filter on them. We can see G2's view of where our company ranks, although we have many questions about this process.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about G2 Marketing Solutions is that it simplifies the process of generating peer reviews about our products and is easy to use. Also provides us great content and assets we can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not really anything that I dislike about G2 Marketing Solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Marketing Solutions benefits me by providing content and assets to use within marketing materials and provides us a simple way to showcase third party customer reviews. It also allows me to keep up with what is being said about products I use and similar products that I may want to consider purchasing in the future.
Incredibly valuable solution for mid-market / enterprise focused tech organizations
What do you like best about the product?
The visibility it creates for us towards our enterprise cstomer base.
What do you dislike about the product?
The algorithm is not weighted strongly enough towards organic reviews and buyers vs users which overly rewards paid, lower quality, reviews.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that we are in front of our customer base when they are in the buying cycle
Comprehensive & Valuable but Requires Time & Resources
What do you like best about the product?
The comprehensive offerings that are available within the dashboard Are great because they provide deep insights into your target audience and allows you to tailor your Marketing messaging and even relay those insights to the sales organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of different offerings and capabilities that take time and resources to properly and effectively get the maximum value from these solutions. You need to make sure that you have the time and the capacity to not only create the marketing campaigns, but also specific content and messaging That will be most effective for the audience, as well as the competitors that are positioned in G2 who also utilize G2's marketing solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 Marketing Solutions is great in that it provides a holistic view of how you are positioned against your competitors, not only from a technical perspective, but also from the perspective and reviews of the actual users of the products.
Very interesting data, even for a smaller company
What do you like best about the product?
They layers of info/data it provides for us: existing customers, prospeccts active in the sales cycle, and net new targets. Also, given my level of HubSpot knowlege (above average) the integration was very easy to get set up and workflows created to alert the right people into our system
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a little confusing that ALL of the important data stuck in one field. It would be great to have the compeititors viewed called out in a seperate field for easier reporting on our end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we're using this to solve is prospecting for outbound sales. However, the data is also helping us improve pipeline velocity and churn/upsell assessments on existing customers.
