Great platform for driving visibility, reviews, and referrals
What do you like best about the product?
We've been working with G2 to help increase profile visibility, attract more website visitors, and generate high-quality customer reviews and referrals. The G2 account manager is hands-on and makes it easy to execute campaigns, suggest new tactics, and surface opportunities we hadn’t considered before. Implementation has been seamless, and changes to our profile are made quickly without any friction.
What do you dislike about the product?
One improvement would be the addition of a central knowledge base or customer resource hub — a go-to library that outlines the full range of tools, capabilities, and best practices. A short onboarding course or customer success guide would also go a long way in helping users get the most out of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 is helping us solve the challenge of increasing visibility in a crowded market and driving more qualified traffic to our company profile. It's also addressing the ongoing need for fresh, authentic customer reviews — which are crucial for building credibility and trust. The added benefit is having a strategic partner who actively helps us manage campaigns and optimize performance.

G2 gives us strong brand visibility with high-intent traffic. The review process is streamlined, and the buyer intent data is valuable for sales. Customer support is also outstanding.

G2 helps us reach in-market buyers who are actively researching solutions like ours. It shortens our sales cycle by building credibility through verified reviews and gives our team actionable buyer intent data to prioritize outreach.
Simple setup, great tool for high volume customer companies
What do you like best about the product?
Great to be able to set up your profile so simply and have it integrate with our HubSpot CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI of managing your profile's campaigns is fiddly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing G2 users we're a trusted software implemenration partner.
Good value for ABM teams, less so for others
What do you like best about the product?
In-market account lists and alerts were very helpful for managing SDR pipelines, but the data gained isn't worth building an entire ABM strategy on - it can be a good supplement to existing strategies. G2 was very straighforward to integrate to our CRM systems too, and our marketing team members didn't have any issues using the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the rise of AI search, traffic to G2 is dwindling and therefore in-market accounts seem less available than before. This hasn't yet changed G2s profict offering or how much they charge for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 helps us maintain a good brand presence on their site and the reviews generated on G2 give our product at a positive perception when compared to our competitors, we get really cool badges too!

The old badges design, thank god they re-designed them.

I think it's great to gain exposure in different countries and categories.

It's hard for us to see when leads are coming from G2. Also the price increase was tremendously for small businesses like us.

Sometimes I find that the account management team is far too busy with other customers to properly and in a timely fashion answer any issues that may arise..
