What do you like best about the product?
The G2 Marketing team and account managers are very proactive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
G2 is a platform that is great for visibility and lead generation if you have the time and budget to devote to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 gives us visibility where potential clients are shopping around for products like ours.

What do you like best about the product?
Great experience using the platform. G2 is a great tool to get reviews from the community on all kind of products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of visibility and notoriety in some countries like France.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
G2 gives visibility to my product in some territories where I'm not yet fully active.

Setting up and managing things in the dashboard is quite straightforward

Given the size and reputation of your company, I was surprised to notice recurring issues with your emails — such as incorrect or incomplete content, or messages being misaddressed

What do you like best about the product?
I like the customer service and all the tools G2 offers to incentivse reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the category definitions do not seem fair. For example, we have a company who is not really a competitor in our same category and is challenginig our leadership position despite not deserving to be in the same cateogry. I am not a fan of the backend interface, which feels quite old and not updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us manage the online reputation of our software.

What do you like best about the product?
When we spoke to our customers before signing up with G2, it confirmed our thought process that many prospects don't only use a review site like G2 for finding new vendors. But also for reviewing the vendors they speak to.
G2 makes it easy for prospects to see what our current customers think of DOKKA.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything that we've found that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows companies to see what other companies think of DOKKA

Easy to setup and implement, with a great support and account team wrapped around solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some confusion on multiple products and pricing models, interconnectivity of some solutions could be better.
Products are USA biased with metrics geared to promote larger firms.
