What do you like best about the product?

Now if you have an ArcGIS subscription and keep up on your credits then yes, this product is great. This product will give you access to various common ways of visualizing data and you will be able to share with the ESRI community your datasets pretty much by default. Also ESRI has a LOT OF VALUABLE DATA you can utilize to your heart's content (provided that you have the credits to make requests to pull that data) that would really be hard to find elsewhere. I like it, but ESRI needs to be knocked off their high horse still, in my opinion!

What do you dislike about the product?

Can't stand how ESRI is charging an arm and a leg nowadays! I mean, I have used arcGIS online A LOT during my career. And it's easy to sign up and integrate with your copy of arcGIS Pro. Customer support is good but they try to push their community forums on you a bit too much in my opinion. Regarding frequency of use, you'll be using it more if their credits weren't so EXPENSIVE!!!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is GREAT for immediate visualization of GIS data.
