What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was executed seamlessly and yielded immediate results. Our investment was fully recouped within a few weeks, and we have promising projects in the pipeline. As promised, the cost of our operations has been reduced, and we have saved valuable time once the onboarding process is completed. Our account manager has been exceptionally amicable, proactive, and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge is getting tool owners to adopt Sastrify. Admins must encourage them to update their tools and engage with the system during renewals. Users who don't own many tools may not use Sastrify enough to learn it well. Involving a third party in renewals can add bureaucracy, so some tool owners prefer to handle negotiations themselves.
