Great resource for document storage
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is very easy to use and is well integrated into our business

I really don't have anything I don't like about Egnyte

It creates an easy way to gather and store client data while giving our team the access they need.

Aside from providing a fantastic storage and collaboration solution, our account team at Egnyte has been fully engaged with us since our first conversation, and always willing to go the extra mile for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Egnyte, but we would like to see more ala carte features available to all plans.
We would also like more granular roles and permissions for our technical team to perform specific tasks like cold storage recovery without having access to sensitive data.
We would also like to have an improved process for moving cold storage files back into our live environment. The current process is very manual and limited to administrators.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Egnyte provides an excellent cloud storage solution for our company, with many built in features to allow collaboration, secure file sharing, and data analysis.
A streamlined way of running your firm
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly edit documents within the platform and have it sync to your organization's cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
Combing back and forth through all the folders within folders can be time consuming and annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when i need to edit a document for a colleague quickly. typically i'd have to send it back and forth but now it's all synced up in the drive.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to use! Can't imagine a more efficient way to share files and folders with different stakeholders across the board. Great suppot guides and plenty of guidance throw the entire process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be more widely used and recognised for its features and ease uf use!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are now able to share content with a range of different customers with various access permissions. It's easy to update the content without having to re-create links, so websites and portals are always linking the user with the latest file.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful aspect is how easy it is to upload and share with people. It was easy to implement within our organization and we still use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I don't like about Egnyte.

Sharing documents amongst various case workers. Also, allowing us to share documents with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The edge apps on all our devices really help with the mobility of our data collection on projects. It has been easy to install and start using immediately, customer support is extremely fast on response times. These are all critical aspects for us since we use Egnyte on a daily basis. Egnyte also works across multiple operating systems and platforms so everyone is integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only limitation we have the most troulbe with is the length of file names is limited. With deep folder structures this can be an issue at times.

What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte makes it easy to store and share files! Feels just like using a local drive. We're a remote team and need a way to share files securely and simply. Egnyte does it all!

I wish it were a bit easier to learn shortcuts and tips/tricks.

Excellent service to help manage my business
What do you like best about the product?
Egnyte is easy to use and a cost effective way to keep my clients documents safe.

There is nothing I dislike about Egnyte.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending tax returns via email is unsafe and using a cloud vault has helped my clients feel better about sharing sensitive files. Furthermore, I don't have to worry about saving these documents on my computer. Egnyte allows me to store many documents and everything is organized and easy to find.

The two reasons we use Egnyte are its simplicity and its security as a file sharing platform

I haven't encountered ant downsides to Egnyte as a file sharing product

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in moving and copying files. It is very easy to upload documents and organize file folder. Easy to teach somone how to use. Easy to send links to folder to coworkers.

Makes me sign in too often. I don't have many compaints.
