Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Muvi platform for over 4 years for our streaming platform and we are very satisfied with the overall experience. Feature-rich platform with a lot of options to customize. Support is always available and quickly resolves if there are any issues. We use multiple languages and payment gateways.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are satisfied with the overall experience and do not have any dislikes for now. We are using this platform for over 4 years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any issues that we have with our streaming service.

We were setting up a new movie streaming channel as rookies, and we made the right choice with Muvi!
What do you like best about the product?
We looked at several companies to host our new channel, and Muvi was the only one to offer almost exactly what we wanted. We soon found out that their customer service is second to none, and the few tweaks we asked for were implemented very quickly. We know that if we have any issues in the future we can ask for support with confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
We honestly cannot find anything to dislike about the product or their service, it is awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a couple of issues with monetization due to our ignorance, and Muvi's support people guided us through setting up the payment gateways so that we were up and running without delay. They also built our RoKu app for us, and we have received many favourable comments.

Muvi - The best OTT platform available in the market!
What do you like best about the product?
It is the only OTT platform available in the market that allows you to launch your own-branded content. It is extremely easy to use and offers a plethora of features. The best part of Muvi is its DRM security and watermarking facility on the videos you upload on your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
After the use of this platform for two months, I found nothing which can be disliked. The only suggestion I would like to share is the integration of more ad agencies to their platform.

Being a content curator, Muvi helped me in creating and launching my own video platform with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a short film festival and since the beginning of Covid-19 we have been using Muvi to create our online platform. It is straightforward to use and customer service is really excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Muvi, we don't have any dislikes about the system.

Since the beginning of Covid-19 online festivals become a thing for the film festival industry and Muvi is helping us creating a space for the audience who doesn't want to attend physical screenings, and carries the festival experience to your home.

What do you like best about the product?
Muvi offers the best video-on-demand platform in the market. It is easy to utilize and offers a lot of features. It has built-in website capabilities. What we like most is the DRM security and the watermarking it offers for the videos you upload in your website. This ensures the protection of inttelectual property. Great platform!

None. The services of Muvi is what we needes from the get-go!

Muvi allowed us to adjust and cope with the demands and challenges brought by the COVID-19 pandemic. It offered us the opportunity to make our services available in the earliest possible time, given that it provided an off-the-shelf solution with its product!

What do you like best about the product?
The help I received from the Muvi team was the most valuable to me. They were able to help me every step of the way through the process and also were available to our third-party reps to make sure the system worked with other programs. I never got a "No" answer from Muvi, i always recieved a "we'll look into it and find out." and if something couldn't be done, they were upfront about it, but mostly my requests were handled and sometimes even enhanced by their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't anything to dislike so much, as I think that the timing took a lot longer than expected. But that's also because we were customizing our site to even push the boundaries of Muvi so even they were doing things on the platform they hadn't designed yet, but that's not something to dislike, that's innovation. to innovate takes patience and I guess at the end of the day, I disliked my impatience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Muvi is helping us solve the problem of building a tech platform from scratch and spending 100's of thousands of dollars. They are providing a template for us to expand upon versus us building from square one. They are going to help us help others in creating their own economy. Its a gift to help others, so we appreciate that they are helping us do that.
Awesomeness at it's best
What do you like best about the product?
Muvi has some out-of-the-box features that the traditional software does not have as you can like and comment on the videos as well on the live stream.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing which can be disliked but muvi can partner with more ad agencies and can integrate them. Though custom integration is an option and so the integration part has not to be worried about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a multimedia company that delivers content in more than 12 languages and so we need to have many customizations and also there have been many technical difficulties for us as well but we are proud to say that the muvi team has been on their toes 24/7 and is always helpful.
