Feature rich platform, highly customizable, reasonable cost
What do you like best about the product?
It supports almost all the necessary and useful features that one can think of before launching an OTT website and/or Mobile and TV apps. The ability to design my website, add multiple languages and payment gateways are something that I like the most. In case I need something extra, I can request for the same and that gets added. The well written help articles and access to support team over chat/tickets makes it easy to resolve queries quickly.
Cons: There could be more templates to choose from.

What do you like best about the product?
There are numerous advantages compared to other alternatives. Here are a few things that helped us:

There aren't many disadvantages. We noticed that sometimes it takes a while to load the website. Especially when uploading certain types of content. But it has improved recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video streaming and live streaming through mobile and TV apps with content monetization. We help clients to monetize their video and audio content, and Muvi has been the best choice so far.

user-friendly OTT solution - better than Vimeo
What do you like best about the product?
We're loving Muvi platform and the services. Our previous developer left the company so we had to find a quick solution and Muvi is it. All backend features are 95% close to what we originally had plus even more advanced sophisticated customization options. So far our web designer is happy with how user-friendly, coder-friendly Muvi is. They are also reasonable when it comes to support, unlike some other OTTs that are lazy to help. Muvi responds to support tickets quickly and that means a lot to a startup company that needs a lot of help in the beginning. highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no dislike. Maybe some support reps can be a little more patient when it comes to letting your customers communicate the issues before talking over them with too much excitement to help.

monetization setup is complex but worth learning and getting it properly done. The platform has saved us a lot of time to get this all up and running quickly .

What do you like best about the product?
Everything! The answer! That’s what my husband and I found in Muvi! After recording our first pilot for our new show, we needed a place to showcase it. After days of searching and reviewing OTT platforms, we discovered Muvi, the BEST OTT service to debut our show.

I dislike absolutely nothing about Muvi!

What do you like best about the product?
It provides DRM protection, geo-blocking and quality streaming at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have option for captions in the player interface menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides geo-blocking allowing us to screen films in a specific country so that the future distribution and exhibition options of the films we screen are not hurt. It also provides DRM protection which is a security standard requested by filmmakers.
2022 - Lots of drivel, little implementation.

What they promised us. In the beginning, everything was no problem until it came to cooperation.

The communication and implementation were completely catastrophic. The promised English level has only the PM with no technical knowledge.
Their organization is so huge and everything takes time. That didn't even come into play at the SoW. Small color changes take weeks and the communication is very one-sided. I am very disappointed, unfortunately. The product can't get out to the customer like this.

A livestreaming solution with 40 livestreams simultaneously. To date embedding a livestream works, but it doesn't meet our optics, much less our performance demands.

It is very useful in OTT live services where we can video stream very easily and fast platform. The speed of OTT platform is very awesome.

There is much dislike of this app it is very useful app for streaming online video without any problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Muvi is a fantastic and super-efficient OTT platform. I have been using Muvi at our organization for many months now, and I would like to say that this is the best video streaming platform. The SEO management in Muvi is simply superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we only received a few days to access Muvi, and the free version contains a few features. As soon as you learn about the features, Muvi offers, the free version will expire. Thank you to our university, who have purchased a full-fledged version of Muvi and we have access to all features by Muvi. Also, I belive the website should be more enhancing like the modern-day websites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is super-easy and convenient software for video streaming. I love the monetization option provided by Muvi which works fantasticly. And under analytics option, you can check the review which is also a highliting feature. It has a support of both video streaming and audio streaming. The audio streaming can be used in podcast channels as well. The option of templates is very creative which can help you a lot. And you can generate the custom reports as per your needs.

I have been using Muvi for a year now, and it is the best video streaming platform. All my colleagues at our office use Muvi, and I would like to share that we haven't faced any issues using Muvi. Apart from that, you get multiple payment gateways. The SEO management is super easy on Muvi. I also manage the likes and ratings using the website that is super efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is you do not get many features on the trial version, and you are limited to only a few features. I believe they should have provided more features or at least, more days when using the trial version so the new users can actually learn how to use Muvi.

I am not a hardcore user of Muvi, but I have seen my colleagues using Muvi for video streaming. I love the monetization option and revenue option. I use templates a lot for my content and they are super easy and quick. I love that Muvi has provided Social networking integration which is very hard to find on any other OTT platform. The features given by Muvi are fantastic and the best part is the website is compatieble with all the browsers, even Safari.
