Good DNS management with control and transparency
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about IBM NS1 Connect is its interactive interface for managing traffic and DNS configurations. It gives us real-time visibility and control over our infrastructure, drastically improving our response times during outages or peak traffic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most helpful aspect is the smart routing and automation features, which help in optimizing performance across regions. It also integrates well with our existing monitoring tools, providing seamless alerts and analytics. The reliability has been a game-changer. Our uptime has noticeably improved, and we’ve reduced latency for users globally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IBM NS1 Connect solves DNS reliability and performance issues by offering intelligent traffic handling and real-time failover capabilities. It benefits our network automation by enabling dynamic routing based on server health and location. This reduces downtime and improves user experience. The API support also makes it easy to integrate with our automation tools for faster, error-free updates.

IBM NS1 Connect offers DNS and traffic steering service which enhances application and services performance. Major upsides of using IBM NS1 Connect is 100% uptime SLA by suing resilient and redundant resources. Integration with other services is well guided and easy to use.

I did not experienced any bad features on this product surprisingly all features working as expected.

So, before with other products facing a issue an dns data insights and authoritative but in NS1 we have very dns authoritative for security performance.so it helped us to monitor and manage our dns enterprise network
