What do you like best about the product?
I like best about Xoxoday is its user-friendly platform and wide range of reward and recognition options. It makes employee engagement and incentive programs much easier to manage, especially for distributed teams.

Easy Incentive Disbursements with Plenty of Redemption Options
What do you like best about the product?
Xoxoday helped my company disburse incentives in a very simple way. The software was easy to use and offered a wide range of companies where the amount could be redeemed, including cash options like Paytm and Amazon Pay. For us, it stood out for its ease of use, the variety of options, and how self-explanatory it was. It was also fun for our team to receive their incentives on a monthly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I disliked was the percentage charged for the cash option to redeem the vouchers. I would have preferred a fee of around 3%, but the platforms were charging 7%. However, Xoxo Days’ stance was that they simply facilitate the options, and it’s up to the partner companies to decide on the charges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xoxo Day helps me access rewards in a modern way, with hundreds of options and an easy-to-use experience. It also creates a great customer experience for the recipient, while giving the person disbursing the amount clear tracking of usage. For my company, as I mentioned, it streamlines our sales incentive process and makes the overall workflow smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Xoxoday easy to use and very intuitive, which simplifies the initial setup. It has some recent AI-developed features that are pretty engaging. The gifting process is also quite simple, thanks to its ties with a lot of everyday use companies, allowing employees to purchase directly. It really helps in making the rewards and recognition cycle straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
So I've recently been using it for some employee surveys also. I think, those could be little more improved and, the service experience could also be enhanced. I feel it has dropped down over the years, over last one or two years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Xoxoday to simplify the rewards and recognition cycle, including monthly and quarterly awards, engaging and recognizing employees more effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Xoxo is user-friendly and easy to use. Redeeming the vouchers is simple, and it offers multiple brand options to choose from. It’s a great platform for corporates and employees. I’ve been using this platform for more than 3.5 years now.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, it’s a good platform. The only thing I dislike is that when I go to redeem, there’s a “Country” option that’s hard to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get all the redemption options in one place, and creating a coupon/voucher is easy and time-saving. I don’t have to visit different websites each time, and I can use one account for everything. I also like that I can check my past records whenever I need to.

Xoxoday delays in receiving vouchers after redeeming points. no direct bank transfer in many cases.
