What do you like best about the product?
strong support from helpdesk when having issues with vaucher from provider from Croatia
What do you dislike about the product?
I receive coupons in USD and than when transfering to EUR there are always couple of unused USD due to exchange rate and most of providers have only "rounded" vaucher values

I like it's features such as granting awards, sharing appreciation publicly, benefits in the form of coupons and vouchers, surveys, leaderboards and reports.
A single tool having all these features combined with the ease of use and access is both invaluable and immensely useful for any organisation.
Customer support for any issues with empuls is also great.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while redeeming the xoxo points awarded in empuls, voucher is not immediately shared with the end users which causes slight inconvenience.
The deals or benefits offered for employees are not that great and at max offer single digit discounts.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Empuls by Giift is solving all our employee recognition and engagement needs in addition to being an intranet for all the events and awards related comany wide announcements. It is extremely beneficial for us as it offers a single pane for sharing awards with employees, them redeeming it, portal for deals, portal for surveys and all sort of internal employee engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service is fantastic, I had a couple of questions on my vouchers I received for gift cards and they responded very quickly and I was able to redeem them very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about, they were extremely courteous and timely.

Team member satisfaction and abilities to reward members when they go above and beyond.

What do you like best about the product?
Getting several options to choose from to redeem my coupon is the best feature I could get from a single gifting platform. The diversity of categories available for rewards and incentives is really impressive. During the chekcout process, it is easy to understand what part/percentage of a coupon is being used, and information on how it will convert to anouther gift card is well presented - a case where often other platforms give anxiety to a user. I have used their platform for three ocassions in the past year. They also have a pretty active customer support which offers quick and efficient resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience of the platform seems glitchy as some times it is required to sign in to redeem a gift coupon, while other times it seems achievable without signing in as well. Navigating the platform can seem confsuing.

My organization uses it for employee recognition and for other company occassions. As a beneficiary of Xoxoday coupons I find it very convenient to have several options to choose from to redeem my coupon, as well as have the tranparency of the process to ensure I'm getting the best value out of my coupon.

I got issues with my previous order. The customer support was prompt in responding to my queries and I got my refund the next day.

Despite being approval for this review, I have not received my reward yet.It's been 9 days and I still am waiting, not getting any response from any support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I still am waiting for my reward, this is the benefit what I got.Every time just ticket gets raised and no solution gets provided.

What do you like best about the product?
I gotta say, Xoxo day service is seriously top-notch! And their customer support team? Super helpful. Plus, you've got all sorts of options for redeeming your points, like shopping from Flipkart, Amazon voucher, and ETC.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that they have a policy of only allowing one year to redeem points from xoxoday. Personally, I don't think this is a fair policy. It would be great if the account balance could last indefinitely, so that the points wouldn't expire until they were used for a voucher.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a great experience with Shiva from Xoxoday! They were able to resolve my issue with an expired money refund in just 48 hours. I really appreciate the support the team provided me.
