Amazing tool for employee engagement and recognition
What do you like best about the product?
Empuls makes it super easy for us to recognize our employees for their amazing work and assign rewards to them based on their location.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no workflow for recognition, which can lead to people scratching each other's backs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since my organization is spread across the world, it was difficult to recognize and reward them without a lot of manual effort from the HR team. Empuls has simplified this, reducing our manual effort and time requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I was happy with the customer service. I was facing issue with placing order when I reached to customer support through chatbot I got quick response and they resolved my issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Website refresh rate should be fast, so that user can access it without any glitches.

Nothing as of now. Service was very quick.

The problem was that after I bought the Vocher for TheSouled Store, the code would not apply and would instead display an invalid code. I brought up the matter with Emplus, and they were accommodating enough to give me another voucher that I could use to make up for the original one. The resolution was given in a straightforward and simple manner, and the service and delivery were both expeditious.

With a vast selection of options and coverage across many countries, it’s perfect for a global company navigating the complexities of international shipping and taxes. The ability to customize gift cards adds a personal touch, making the selection process even more enjoyable. The support team is fantastic, responding swiftly and ensuring complete satisfaction before closing out a ticket. I truly appreciate their high level of service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more custom options with the cards that are sent with the gift codes. Or that I could upload my own image to relate to the occasion I am trying to send. Such as a winner of a contest for employees, offboarding farewell wishes, etc.

XOXOday solves the challenge of sending gift codes to employees worldwide, including hard-to-reach areas. They offer a wide range of options, allowing recipients to choose their own gifts, making the experience more personal and enjoyable. So far my team has really loved this new piece we have brought in!
