A must have Tool to enable Data driven operation in the workplace area
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics and insight that we are getting from Nexthink is tremendous. It has changed how we work, we are getting a more holistic understanding of the underlying issues.
Even for individual tickets it has positively impacted the mode of investigation, now if the user is reporting any issue, we are having the capabilities where we can do a time series analysis to understand what changes have happened to the device and correlate similar issues in the environment to understand what might have triggered the issue, whether it is an individual issue or other users are also impacted which are not reported yet.
The automated remediation capabilities have tremendously helped us to enable shift left and the things for which we were dependent on L2/L3 is being carried out by Service Desk agents themselves and some of them we have extended the self service capabilities to the user also.
Finally the support from Nexthink is tremendous, they will just not leave you with the tool, they are going to be with you all through the journey till you are well versed with the tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike, it is a great tool, but definitely would like to see if we can access the Nexthink Finder via portal instead of a client
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have identified problems which we were not even aware of earlier, it has provided insights in terms of the numerous versions of the same software existing in the system, people having unauthorized admin rights, software resulting in latency, crashes etc. We have implemented it in the customer environment recently and taken up action based on the insights.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a wonderful tool and I will recommend to anyone who wants to transform their Workplace environment. But one thing to remember this is only a tool which will help you with the right analytics and automation capability but a bigger transformation is needed in the workforce area so that support team adapt to the mode of proactive data driven operation. This needs absolute focus and alignment in all the layers of leadership

There is nothing to dislike about Nexthink, but there are few places which it could be better in customization in few areas.

Most of the End users issues has been proactively identified and provided solutions.

This is a great tool to see what's going on in the environment especially in EUC area

The ability to collect the data from end user machines especially actionable data

Nothing in specific, but if we could have all modules bundled especially the most widely used one's that would be great

End user experience is what we are gauging with the help of this tool

One can go for this tool if they would like to measure digital user experience, this does a lot more than just user experience, Act(self-heal): Easily resolvable issues without user intervention, engage: if your company does a lot of campaigns

The tool has very good capabilities, all it needs is skill and some bandwidth to fine tune it and utilize it.

Limited out of box solutions available in the tool, we have to customize most of the time.

End user experience, device performance, also helping teams to reduce manual efforts by automating things.

The tool has very good capabilities, all it needs is skill and some bandwidth to fine tune it and utilize it.

What do you like best about the product?
I am using Nexthink since past 3 months, it is a good tool to monitor the real time environment. It is very helpful for proactively identifying the issues in work environment and resolving them from backend without waiting, for the user to understand that there is issue and report it to helpdesk. There are many parameters that Nexthink monitors, which will help us to understand the environment clearly. We even have Engage Modules to send any communication to all the users, to send surveys etc., as a campaign. Overall, Nexthink is a great tool & I recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not change the campaign fonts & designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workplace software, hardware & network issues. Issues can be found via Nexthink & can resolve them either via Nexthink or using some other way.

What do you like best about the product?
Digital Employee Experience and Proactive Monitoring via Nexthink is the best ever tool I have worked on in IT infra. It has full capability on enhancing & analyzing endpoints issue as real time point of view before user raise the ticket or impact is just started in PROD environment as proactive monitoring
What do you dislike about the product?
I will not say dislike rather would suggest Nexthink to enhance few things as per OEM changes , M365 and others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Nexthink we have observed huge application crash , high memory issue , malicious domain access and many more for our customer infra proactively along with analysis for the same.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Nexthink is the real-time data and analytical options to dive deeper into issues faced by the employees of an organization. Keeping it simple is their mantra. The components haven’t changed much except for the added features and functionality. The visualizations and drill down capabilities add the appeal of the solution. More power in the hands of the service desk and IT team. Also like the interactions with their team members who are available on short notice to help in any which way they can.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Finder component is a bit slow and some of the analytics doesn’t allow for quick resolution though the visibility it provides is unmatched. Some more flexibility in the dashboards would surely be added value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The insights helped us solve issues with computers that have bad performance and indicating precisely where it occurred. It also helped understand more about application performance and security lapses on the end points. Along with Act and Engage, the solution overall provides a great way to resolve many operational issues with a click of a button and also get instant feedback on the resolved issue which makes far more powerful.

What do you like best about the product?
Nexthink in very powerful tool where we can see each and every actions that happens on the End User device which gives us great opportunity to identify the RCA. The Engage module which is very interactive in terms of communication with the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is a monitoring tool nothing much to mention as the tool is still upgrading with all the latest features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most effectively we are able to look at the application performance issues , Disk space issues and Blue screen of death issues are identified and fixed which has good improvement for End User experience.
Good & efficient tool. It can be more powerful with more accurate data fetch.

ACT module is very helpful. It helped me to troubleshoot many issues on VIP machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few parameters information is not reliable. Like SMART index, packages version, Binary version. BSOD information also was not fetched properly. for example error label will show root cause of BSOD is driver failure. But it won't show which driver was failed.
Engage module is bit restricted. It can be more useful if we allowed to change font size, color & logo field removal/addition.

Cache files cleanup, automatic password reset notification, log files(event logs,network logs) fetch for troubleshooting, SCCM agent troubleshooting..etc.
