Excellent product
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard that allows people to manage IT Visability in a sophisticated and detail-oriented way. This allows an IT Admin to showcase the product in a detailed way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything bad about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to showcase and manage IT Visibilty very easily and this way, the apps dashboard looks very detail-oriented.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitey use this product!

What do you like best about the product?
this product helps users (it) have such incredible insight to windows and mac based products utilized by your company. the monitoring is visual and can be customized.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing i can really think of at this time.

monitoring of assets that team member's and guests utilize

No major issues found so far. Pretty simple to install & configure

Nexthink takes IT support to the next level by providing an in-depth look at a system, providing valuable information to support analysts
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessing the portal can be slow and unfriendly interface
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Diagnosing IT problems quickly and being proactive in support. Using Nexthink we have been able to increase our first call resolution by providing faster, more accurate support

Easy to integrate and great visualization

incident connector cannot pull up Mac os systems

proactive issue detection and resolution which reduces the calls to SD by 30 %

The NexThink client does not support linux environments, only windows can be monitored
