Versatile Design Tool with Room for Video Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I use Canva for various tasks like PPT formation, poster designing, and making digital notebooks. I find it very easy to create attractive presentations using Canva's AI feature, which allows me to move all elements in any direction easily. The poster designing is great because it provides elements through a single platform without needing to bring them from elsewhere. The element source in Canva is far better than any other platform I've used. Making a digital notebook is a quick task in Canva. Canva's AI feature is helpful for magic write, creating easy designs without having design skills, magic design, text to image, and giving designs a professional look. I love Canva's AI, background remover, and how easy it is to change the colors of objects. The element feature in Canva is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Video editing is weak, lacking advanced timeline control and professional color gradient, and is not good for long cinematic videos. The website builder is not so accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva simplifies making presentations and posters with easy-to-use AI, and its comprehensive element library is unmatched. It streamlines digital notebook creation, making it quick and hassle-free.
Time-Saving and User-Friendly, Perfect for Content Creation
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Canva for editing or creating content for my page, and it solves my major problem of finding the right assets and reduces the longer time taken for editing in Adobe software. I really like its clear user interface because it's easy to use, and I can find where things are just by looking around. It's also great that Canva is continuously growing and adding new features. Switching from Adobe to Canva was a good decision because now it doesn’t take much longer for small tasks. I tried it with one of my friends, liked it so much that I started using it in my personal life and office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, sometimes when I want to do detailed work like working with the perspective of an image or logo, Canva still lacks somewhere but I know it will soon catch up. It could add manual tools for this work rather than just auto and AI, it will be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Canva solves my issue of finding the right assets and reduces editing time compared to Adobe, making content creation faster.

I love Canva because it makes designing simple and fast, especially with its drag-and-drop editor. The wide variety of ready-made templates, fonts, and graphics allow me to create professional-looking designs quickly, even without advanced design skills. I really appreciate how the drag-and-drop editor and ready-made templates make designing easy and time-efficient. I can just choose a template, replace text, images, or colors, and adjust elements without worrying about layout or alignment. This helps me create clean, professional designs quickly and greatly reduces the learning curve, which is especially valuable when I need good results in less time. Also, the initial setup was smooth since creating an account took only a few minutes, and the interface was intuitive right from the start. I could begin designing immediately without any technical setup or training.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved in Canva is that many useful templates, elements, and features are restricted to the paid version, which limits flexibility for free users. Also, advanced photo editing and highly customized design options are somewhat limited compared to professional design tools, and some templates can look similar if not heavily customized.

Canva makes designing accessible with easy-to-use templates and a drag-and-drop editor, freeing me from needing advanced design skills or expensive software. It saves time and allows me to quickly create professional-looking visuals for various projects without relying on a designer.

I like Canva for its simplified user experience, which saves a lot of time and is easily accessible even to new users without any experience. It's free to use, which is great. There are tons of customization options available, making it versatile for different needs from small logos to great graphics. I also appreciate its ease of shareability, which enhances collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canva can work on more free to use templates and give some credits to the designer of templates. The web app has limited access compared to full application making it difficult for some users. They can also design a full on tutorial which can help new users.

I use Canva to avoid installing multiple design softwares, and its user-friendly experience saves me time. Tons of templates provide customization, and it's accessible for new users.

I use Canva creatively for fun, making album covers or editing images. I really like its easy interface and smoothness. The initial setup was pretty easy. I used to use Picsart, but I switched to Canva because of its interface.

I use Canva for designing content for social media, presentations, and print marketing collaterals. I really enjoy its drag and drop features, which make it easy for me to design professional-looking artworks with minimal design knowledge. I also love the ability to import multimedia, edit videos and photos, remove backgrounds, and export the files to the desired format. This flexibility allows me to export files directly into the format required for sending to a vendor for print, adding to social media, or inserting into a website without needing to go to any third-party website for file conversions. The initial setup of Canva was pretty easy, and I've been using it since college, for over 12 years now. I still haven't found any replacement for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Canva AI's features can be improved a lot. I noticed a lot of glitches and bugs when I tried to generate a short video using Canva AI. I tried it several times but didn't get the desired result. Plus, it also took more time.

I love using Canva for graphics designing because it's easy to use with ready templates. I can create designs fast, thanks to its easy-to-use editor and massive library of elements with the option to upload custom ones. The fact that I use the free version while designers in the market charge heavily makes it incredibly valuable for me. We switched from Photoshop to Canva because it allows us to complete designs faster. The initial setup was very easy, and I'd rate my likelihood to recommend Canva to a friend or colleague as a 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
In mobile, the user experience can be improved. As in desktop all the tool options are visible clearly, in mobile it is confusing.

I wish it could remove all the paid stuff or sort it better. If they put the paid items in another tab.

I was previously using Adobe Photoshop but now use Canva because it is quick and easy.

I wish there were more fundraising templates such as progress to goal thermometers
